Mozaks has been amazing for my husband and I. We originally went to Mozaks for new carpet, which we bought and had installed by them. A couple months later we bought a dining table set and a bed frame. From the very first visit we had the experience has been amazing! We worked with Laura the entire time and she was fantastic! Communication was excellent. Laura was great about giving updates along the way. I would definitely recommend Mozaks and I will shop there again in the future!
Thanks yall! You literally came through when every other place was a 2 week to 1 month or more wait! We are impatient people we wants our stuff now haha so tomorrow is absolutely perfect! We will be back hopefully for some flooring and maybe that counter top you have on display! Thanks again for the Ashley Paulestein denim set!
I was in search of flooring for my house. Monica guided me to the flooring they had in stock. I brought home a sample and decided to go with it. I used my own contractor and the procedure was so simple! Although they had so many choices, I’m glad I went with the one she suggested! I’m very happy. I will definitely return and this time to shop for their decor!
Worst communication and business to deal with. We ordered flooring in store with Monica and she said it was in stock. Come time to install we had to wait until it could be ordered in and were never notified that it had magically gone out of stock until we went to schedule our install. I had multiple complaints with installment and would never get a phone call, or email back. Instead of dealing with issues felt like it was just pushed under the rug. It took nearly 3 months to get them to finally get flooring completed because they didn't want to waste a trip. I got told by Monica as well that our existing duraceramic flooring had to be torn out before installment of new flooring when in reality it didn't so I wasted a weekend doing that and then had to pay for them to make the floors match up. I do not recommend using this company even in store with managers discussing the issues they scoffed and ignored our complaints and problems.
Most unfriending staff Ive ever encountered. Was interested in counter sized bar stools, but they didn't have any in stock that I wanted, but sadly tried to show me how bar sized stools would work. When asked about how long ordering counter sized stools would take, was told they had no idea and would call me when they knew...never heard back from them. Would not recommend for any kind of service!
We had new flooring installed in our house. They were able to come a day sooner, they worked quickly and did a good job. Cleaned up when they were done. Overall we are very pleased and have no complaints.
Had them install carpet and vinyl flooring. They were 20 to 25 percent long on square footage. We were told this is how installers are paid. Cost us about $6,000 more than it should have. Would not recommend them for flooring. They will over charge you.
When I went to pick my carpet out I had a lot of help and information on the type of carpet I want. They made appointment for them to come lay it. They were earlier. Very friendly and polite. I was very please with the carpet and how it was laid. They clean up the mess when they were done. I have had carpet from mozak before and was very pleased that’s why I went back to them.
They were very helpful in choosing our flooring and flexible with our installation options. They helped us get flexible financing and then did an awesome installation a week ahead of schedule. We love our new flooring.
Went into the store last Saturday and picked out some carpet I wanted to get installed. They said they would call me to set up a measurement time sometime during the week. Well, it's Friday night and no one ever called me. I walked in with the easiest sale of their life and all they had to do was call me back or hell even email me. Went to creative carpets today and got a measurement booked at the same time. That's the way it should be done. Not sure how a place like this can stay in buiness.
