Personal training should be fun. Each session changes and holds your interest. Never be bored working out again!
My love for fitness didn't really take off until college when I started getting into weight training. From there exercise become a daily habit for me. There were plenty of times where I would be unmotivated or try to find excuses not to go but I always knew how much better I felt afterwards. After several years of exercising solely with weights I began to start looking at other ways of training. With the way that I had been working out I knew I was lacking in certain areas, specifically Cardio and Endurance. This lead me to start looking into Crossfit. Once I tried Crossfit I was instantly hooked. The variety of it held my interest day in and day out and I found myself looking forward to what new things each day brought. I knew once I started Crossfit that I would want to eventually coach people in it. I have now been coaching at Crossfit gyms for 4 years.
I will always enjoy the class environment that a Crossfit class brings but I also enjoy and understand the value that one on one personal training can bring to individuals. Working with someone one on one allows me to truly get a better idea of how someone moves and understand the ways that I can truly better their way of life. Exercise isn't about becoming an all-star ahtlete. Can it be, absolutely, but the real goal is to put in the work inside the gym so that your life is better outside of the gym. It's about being able to keep up and play with your kids, become better at your hobbies and take a walk and not be out of breath.
If you want to start taking the steps to be healthier and have fun doing it feel free to email or call me. If you're hesitant or unsure please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. I look forward to working with you.
