ONE WORD. INCOMPETENT!!! I rented from one of their clients. It's taken me two weeks just to get a copy of the lease we signed. We haven't been able to get an occupancy permit as a result. Meanwhile they have cashed our checks. There was a huge tree infront of the property blocking it from signage. Our letter of intent stated we wanted the tree cut so we can put up signage. They agreed. After signing the lease they botched and it's been a frustrating episode after another. What business operates without signage? They are unethical and do not care how their owners treat the tenants. I have such regrets leasing from them.

They have been a part of my life for the past 16yrs Our relationship is more like family. I love them dearly. I recommend if you are looking for a spot to open a business give this company a call.
