Dr. Tsai is an amazing pediatrician! He takes his time to answer all questions and has gone the extra mile. His staff is also great. They are friendly and ready to assist where they can.
Staff is always so rude. It’s a shame because Dr.Tsai is amazing. His bedside manner, the time he takes with your child, his knowledge, make him an excellent doctor! But his staff are rude, terrible, short and just unhelpful. Most of us only go to the doctor when we need something or are sick and they are not accommodating, not understanding, short. One of the receptionist yelled at my 15 year old who was there to pick up a physical to turn into schooo. It’s unnecessary how aggressive they are. It’s a pediatric office they should not be yelling at kids. And as great as the doctor is the staff is terrible. Such a shame and a waste.
Excellent doctor with very friendly and wonderful staff. My kids are very comfortable in the office and with him and his staff. They are only little still and actually get excited about going to see him. We are never waiting too long for our appointment to begin and he doesn't rush through appointments. My concerns are never brushed off like with a previous pediatrician we had and he actually pays attention. I don't feel like him having to be in the room with my children is just a formality. He actually cares. I highly recommend him.
We have been with Dr Tsai for 7 years and he is probably the best doctor I’ve ever been too! He is very attentive to our concerns, answers all questions and my kids love him. He spends plenty of time with us but they are also great at getting you in and out quickly. Another great thing about this office is that the girls in the fromt are so helpful and kind . I think most offices are lacking a good front office staff , but here they are too notch.
DR. TSAI IS THE BEST he takes the time to explain clearly my concerns in my babies health! THE GIRLS IN THE FRONT DESK ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL... USUALLY IN PAST EXPERIENCE FRONT OFFICE IN OTHER OFFICES ARE RUDE AND DON'T CARE... I LOVE THIS OFFICE... MY 2 GIRLS ALSO FEEL VERY HAPPY TO VISIT THEIR DOCTOR.
Dr Tsai’s office was very clean and the office staff was very helpful. Wait times were fantastic. He was very patient with a very active 2 year old boy!
