Everything I Hoped For! I've been driving by this particular detail shop for sometime now, and have meant to stop in to get an estimate on clay, wax, and other detailing for my 350Z. Last week, I finally pulled in on a whim - and have been really glad I did. I was waited on immediately by Barry, who gave me a fair and comprehensive quote. And, even though he was busy, he managed fit me in for the next morning, and even offered to get me home, since I wanted to leave the car overnight not sure that's something they can routinely do, but it shows their willingness to accommodate a customer. The actual clay and wax job was done to perfection, and the attention to detail was evident - they really seem to care about pleasing their customers. I'll definitely be going back for other cosmetic issues on my Z.
They are very nice people however I purchased a car less than 2 months ago I had to replace my drivers headlight, both taillights, spark plugs he even said that he did a tune up, and do a flush with all my fluids, also a oil change. Yeah never again...‍
I took my 2016 Toyota scion IA to get detailed at Mr. Detail Touch after two years of grit, grime, French fries and hot chocolate ingrained in the seats because of my two kids. I drive Lyft, but I hadn't driven for more than a year, so I had to get my car decent before I could start driving again. I took my car to the family owned business and the guy there told me he could only get 90% of the damage done. When I picked up my car from him I was amazed because I hadn't been sure he could get all the chocolate stains out. My car looks like I just bought it. I will definitely head there again for detailing in the future.
Hi! I wrote a review on Yelp, but it's not showing. Here is what I wrote: The passenger side of my car was scraped up, but not dented. I took it to a body shop and their estimate was $1,789.10!!! I said but it's not even dented! I went home not feeling good about that at all. I remembered driving by Mr. Detail Plus a couple of times before this happened. I shouldn't have gone to a body shop in the first place for what I needed. I took my car to Mr Detail Plus the next day and got the scratches buffed out, the car washed and waxed and the tires dressed for less than $200!!! My car looks like I just drove it off the lot! Earl did and EXCELLENT job!
Wow! There's a reason this place has 5 stars, they go out of their was to take care of you and make sure you're satisfied. I bought a black on black suv with a family that lived in the beach and had multiple kids, needless to say it was a sandy, dirty, scratched up mess. Earl recommended I get it wet sanded to remove all the scratched. I dropped my suv off at 8:30 and stopped by at 5:30, when he closes, to pick it up. They stayed back till 6:30 finishing up ever small detail! Now that's customer service. When I got in my suv to drive off, Earl asked me one last time "are you happy, with everything?", that's going well beyond customer service. I'm brining my wife's car next week and the rest of my family will be stopping by. Can't find a better detail place, with great service and people who care about your car and you. Thanks Earl!
Wanted to try this place because of their awesome reviews. Didn't read anything about needing an appointment, so my roommate and I drove there with the intention of leaving the car to have them do " the works" as far as detailing goes. Google maps said they were open. Got there around 1130am and shop doors were closed, main office was closed and no one answered the phone, not even a machine or voicemail. Disappointed. Ended up taking my business elsewhere and spent more money.
Israel and his team revived the faded, dull finish on my 1954 Chevy. I dropped it off and in 2.5 hours it was finished and looks amazing. Israel is honest and genuinely cares about doing the best job for you.
It's hard to find someone that takes time with your vehicle and actually cares about their work. Earl is the best detailer and the end result proves it.
Sam did a great job on my a car. I was happy with his service.
