Great work! Door Doctor has done work beyond just my doors. They have painted the entire exterior of the home as well. EVERYTHING has been done in a timely and professional manner. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the crews. I would hands down recommend this company to anyone looking for their services.

Please beware before doing business with these folks. They are nice but will damage other areas of your door/home and not take responsibility. Take lots of photos and ask to video or watch them as they take apart the accessories on the door as they broke our deadbolt as well as peep hole and blamed it on being broken when they took it off. The door looks about 80% as it pertains to the quality compared to what it was before the full restore to remove a two spots that a contractor damaged when delivering a fridge.

I paid Pete Stoer $1075 to refinish our home doors. My wife gave them the check before the job was completed. His guys did a poor job and left lots of stain and varnish on the french door panes. I called him immediately and he said he would come and make it right. Now, a year later, he has never come out and is refusing to do anything about it. Not only that, he was very rude to me and told me to sue him.

We had neglected our West facing door, almost to the point of permanent damage. Door Doctor guys saved it, made it look like new matched the original color beautifully, and we've signed up for their annual "top coat" service so we don't mess up the door again.

As a business owner it appears the Door Dr has very little empathy, patience or concern for customers point of view/and or satisfaction. I found the service expensive & lacking and the owner argumentative, condescending, defensive and so willing to escalate a difference.  Therefore my customer experience left a lot to be desired. Door Doctor seems to be yet another small unconcerned biz that say's  'Give me your money and get the hell out of my face' . I hate that's still around in our ethos from place to place.  I would strongly advise prospective customers needing this service to look elsewhere. 'Strongly'...

I didn't know him at all, He didn't know me or use his "professional " services, anyway I'm working at this project, wich is repair a fence. He has been asking about me, very personal information,  and badmouthing what am I doing, I think it is because he want my job. Not professional,  I will think twice before to use him, if that's the way he conduct his business. Again not professional

Company owner or driver it looks like he doesn't care about the rest of the people on traffic, plus, he was in the phone me while turning and changing lanes.

Mr. Door Doctor did a great job on our front and garage door for a fair price, clean and on time
