Are you still in business?  No response to phone messages.  Could not find your office.

I'm very disappointed been quiet a few weeks that we had gotten an estimate we still had questions of course because it's an investment for a generator which no one explained in to detail  what was going to be the coverage size and costs of parts and  labor etc  and other questions that my father had I understand a business can be bombarded with customers but the least the company can do is communicate for a follow up I really did have High expectations since it was recommended unfortunately only to disappoint.

I called this morning to see if they had a electric part in stock not knowing if they were service only or parts as well. Spoke to Joe who not only gave me information on what local places may have that part in stock but looked up the numbers and gave me their info. Joe went out of his way to help me, knowing that I would not be purchasing anything from their place of business. Thank you Joe, I am grateful for the customer service you provided today. Great customer service can make or break a business and I wish you much success!
