Mr. Gelato Cafe

This is just a little place that sells ice cream and boba drinks not the best bobas I have to say. According to the pictures they have breakfast and brunch but that is actually not the case. Not sure where all those reviews came from. Not what expected.Food: 1/5

Nice location and atmosphere. Big problem for me is that they don't have gelato anymore! I was told that the owner is switching to Richardson's ice cream. Not really into Boba tea and if I want ice cream I'll go to JP Licks. The new owner already went through the trouble to change all the signage, yet the word "gelato" is still prominent. Are they going to change the signs yet again, or just assume that customers don't know the difference between gelato and ice cream?

I walked in, and no one greeted me. The two ladies at the cash register completely ignored me. After waiting in silence, I ask if they were open. The customer service was terrible. In spite of that, I spoke very kindly to them in their native language and ordered my drink. My small $9 milk tea was watered down and extremely sweet even though I asked for less sugar. The boba would not even come up through the straw because it was all clumped together. I just threw it away. The place has great potential, however, management needs seriously to train their staff on how to treat customers as well as properly make drinks.

The shop is cute. Boba tea is a bit disappointing. But my kids love the ice cream!! Ladies were not that friendly though.Food: 4/5

For a place that claims to be a cafe and serves coffee they somehow never have any coffee! What a disappointment with how businesses no longer take pride in the services they offer. I travel to Andover every month and coincidentally every time I step in this place for a coffee “we don’t have that today”. Such a disgrace of a business. Used to be an incredible cafe with owners who cared about their products and customer service. Shame on this place.

All time place for a gelato fix, coffee injection, or a hot and melty panini craving. Awesome owners who are customer focused. I'll always drop in when I am in the neighborhood. Their outdoor patio is the best in Andover.

We went to get boba drinks and the lady told us that it was closed when the store hours say they closed at 9 pm. She could have take our orders but she just didn’t want to take our orders. She still have an hour to take ordersFood: 4/5

Great gelato and boba! Parking was very easy in the lot. Very cute environment. The staff was very friendly!

I love this place. I have been coming regularly once or twice a week with one of my sons. We love their ice creams, bubble teas and brigadeiros. The location is great, smack in the center of Andover, but slightly off the main street. The fire pit in front of the store adds a lot to the ambiance. Prices are reasonable and service really friendly. We will keep coming!! Parking: Plenty. Kid-friendliness: Cool music. A bit loud if anything.

The courtyard area is great. The drinks were good too but seems expensive for the quantity.Food: 4/5
