Mr. John's Beach Store, originally called The Beach Store, was opened by Cypriot immigrant John Chrysostom in 1951. After John passed away his son Paul Chrysostom took over the family business and renamed to Mr. John's Beach Store in honor of his father.
The store is still run by Paul today with the help of his own children. The store still holds its original beach shop feel and is the place to find all your beach merchandise needs.
Mr. John's offers a large variety of gift-ware, floats, the latest trends in swimwear, apparel and jewelry, all types of beach gear and the very best of unique shells; all in a range of honest prices to fit anyone's budget.
Paul is well known on the island as an honest and kind-hearted man, a characteristic that the store has taken on as its own through the generous customer service Paul and his employees offer.
