Had a wonderful experience at CDE in Buffalo Grove. Needed repairs due to my car getting rear-ended and CDE was one of the preferred shops recommended by the insurance company.  CDE arranged for a rental vehicle while my car was being repaired which saved me the trouble. Communication was great and I received regular progress updates. Not only did they do a great job repairing my car but it was cleaned inside and out when finished.  On top of that it was ready a few days ahead of schedule. I would definitely come here again for future repairs, and I recommend it to others. Awful experience. Do not use this place if you need hail damage repaired. They missed dents all over, caused more damage to parts during reassembly. Quoted 5-8 days and it took 28+ and I still have visible dents. I would not trust this shop with hot wheels toy let alone a real car. I caught the shop trying to bill insurance for parts that were never replaced. Shady and unprofessional are the two words that come to mind.

If you're looking for a stress free and clear communication car repair shop, CDE Collision BG is the place. Victor explained in detail what parts will be worked on/replaced and all the price points of it at the beginning and again when I picked up my car. There were updates throughout the week as well. Michael, the gentleman at the front desk apologies if I got the name wrong, walked through all the forms and how everything works. Thank you CDE Collision BG! Feels good to have my car back

This place deserves 6 out of 5 stars. The service was supreme, everyone there was kind and they left my car looking way better after repairs. Special shoutout to Rick Miller who went above and beyond in fixing up my car plus more. Special thanks to John as well for being extremely helpful with helping me rent out a car and guiding me through the process. Was involved in an accident and Victor over at CDE Collisions took care of my case seamlessly.  I dropped off the vehicle on a Monday and he reassured me that he would get it repaired immediately.  On Thursday he gave me a call and let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up.  When I arrived on Thursday he presented my vehicle and it looked brand new.  They not only repaired the damage, but they also washed the exterior and interior.  That meant a lot to me since I have three children and they always make a mess in the van.  All in all Victor at CDE Collisions made this unfortunate event a seamless and stress free experience.  Thank you to everybody over at CDE Collisions!

outstanding service. John at the front desk kept in touch through out the entire process, and was extremely helpful the entire time the car was in the shop. my only complaint, i was told one day, then got pushed a few more days after the final date they told me they would be finished- however they were very flexible with me on picking up the vehicle so i am very thankful.  the work was amazing. i am so happy with how the car turned out, and so happy to have it back! they even washed it up real nice, and cleaned the inside. felt like i was driving it brand new again!  thank you all so much for taking such good care of my car!

My car had numerous dents from hail damage.  CDE did a great job in removing the dents. They were very professional and conscientious. Would definitely recommend them and will use again if needed.

I am a repeat customer. They are luckily right around the corner from where I live and they go great work at a reasonable price. I was kept up to date with the progress and it was done a day early. If I get hit again I will still choose them. Thanks, guys!Services:&nbsp;Painting
