A bit hard to navigate threw the warehouse. Finally had someone offer to help and from there it was easy to find what we were looking for. Over all a good experience. Can't wait to see how the blue pearl granite looks in our new kitchen. Thank you to the staff.
Heather Hardy at the Norwood, Massachusetts store treated me like I was just a pain the moment she walked around the counter in the showroom. I drove for an hour and 45 minutes one way from Maine so I could pick out my granite slab I already had paid for. She only let me look at one slab even though they had about six in the store telling me they were all identical! Nothing in nature is identical. She just didn't care because I was "bothering" her by the eye rolls she gave me.. The sample I picked from was nothing like the slab so her telling me they are all identical was a lie. I hate the slab she showed me and she basically had a take it or leave it attitude. I was pretty excited to pick a slab and Heather Hardy totally ruined the experience for me. She should NEVER be out front of any business as she just acts all mad because she has to do her job and takes it out on the customers. I left the store and was in tears by the time I got back into my car.
Showed up 5 minutes before closing to grab a sample quickly. They spent time with me to show me everything. Place has so much to offer. Will be doing all of our business there moving forward.
Good place to get all your ideas
Down a side street off rt 1 automile across from McDs. Kinda overwhelming but take your time ..ask questions...when u sign in you'll get a sales person to explain things. Gotta wear a provided hard hat as you'll walk thru huge HOT warehouse, you're head will spin on choices. Make sure you're happy with sales person. We spent over an hour in there wear sneakers. They have paperwork to match sample names you'll see at local hardware store
If you are looking for the best granite, marble, quartzite for your kitchen or bathroom then look no further than here. They literally have the best selection if you are looking for something unique and extraordinary.
Selection is large and diverse. Meaning that they have slabs to small tiles to choose from. The reason for a lower star rating is the disinterested and less than friendly staff who doesn't greet you walking in. This lack of interest and basic people skills occurred each and every time we visited. After you sign in you're told to put on a silly cheap carnival quality plastic hard hat and you're released on your own into the slab area. If you're like me and would like some direction, someone there to answer questions or just help, then there are many other places to go to... many, one of which is just down the street.
I had a wonderful experience working with the associates at MSI. I am a kitchen designer and I went with my client. She was a bit unsure of what color she wanted to go with and was torn between 2 options. The staff was so nice and accommodating to help her make the decision. I will certainly be happy to recommend more clients to use their products!
We were greeted by friendly staff. We worked closely with Maria who had a lot to offer with color and design. She was 100% committed to making sure we had the perfect countertop choice. We walked away very pleased knowing we are going to have a gorgeous kitchen.
This was my first time going to MSI to pick out a new granite countertop slab. I must say, initially I was unsure of what to expect, but once I was there, everyone who helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered and they were patient with me. They also were very efficient with the COVID rules and regulations of making sure they were followed. My overall experience was great.
