The Mid-South Electric Metering Association is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to organize an annual electric Meter School for the benefit of the attending employees in the electric utility industry. Our first Meter School was held in 1951 in Knoxville, Tennessee. Each year the school provides those involved in the revenue metering area of the utility industry a great opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss common issues within our field. In response to comments from attendees, each year we try to include classes that are consistent with current technology and trends.
