We Specialize in all area's of fight training from recreational and fitness to Amatuer and Professional Compitition. You do not have to be a fighter or participate in fighting to train with us, although you will learn the same technique and conditioning.
TRAINING SCHEDULE:
Monday and Wednesday:
Boxing/kickboxing 4-8PM, group bag workout at 6:30 PM
Tuesday and Thursday:
Beginner grappling 5:30-6:15 PM (Tuesday only)
MMA Training: 630-8 PM
Professional MMA training 8-10 PM
Friday:
Open Gym: 4-7 PM
Saturday:
Kids age 6-12:
Boxing 11:30-12:15
Grappling: 12:15-1:00
Adult MMA:
1:00-3:00 PM
Adult Open gym: 12:00-3:00 PM
WOMEN ONLY:
Boxing/Kickboxing Thursday and Saturday 9:00-10:00 AM
