This place ripped me offff I was doing layaway on a bed set and owed a little over 500 left I went in to make the last payment I was never late I paid more in two months then I needed to to pay it off faster well the new young girl who never took a payment from me before said I didn’t have a account there and said I prob had one at the other location which I didn’t and I waited 45 mins while her and two other women searched for my account with the balance she then said while on the phone with her boss that she would call me when they found it it’s been three weeks and I go in to pay it off yet again and she now said it expired and I can’t pay on it or even get a refund of anything back I almost was paid off and now I lost out on over 1k there isn’t anything that can. Be done I highly recommend NOT TO GO HERE they will rip u off then laugh in your face that there’s nothing they can do about it they failed to call me and let me know my account was found that isn’t my problem and I should be refunded !!!!

I bought couches and bed from there. Im very satisfied with my purchase. Lady who helped us was not pushy at all but knew all about sales. Thank you Laura & Michelle I love my furniture.

Bought sofas in August paid cash for them the girl told me I would receive them by September 23 the latest. I called today and they told me now until November the 15 ! I wouldn’t of bought them it was gonna take forever they lied to me about the date . Told I wanted talk to a manager told me to email the guy that the business card has . I did no response back ! This was a gift to my mother now it will have to wait .

Great Selection! They have a lot to choose from and they're not pushy. My friends recommended it and I'm really happy with my new bedroom set. I got 12 months no interest which is great. Over all its a great place really good service and attention.

I came into this store looking for a sofa and love seat set, the woman who attended me was super sweet and helpful. I asked for a price and another woman came up and whispered in spanish, "remember your supposed to give the white people a higher price". I am bilingual so I called her out and confirmed what I just heard, she stated it was because white people come in to steal their prices! Ive never bought anything from here as i usually go to Galleria but they will never receive any business of mine after this Beware! BEWARE IF YOU DONT SPEAK SPANISH

The store is clean and nice, the employees are also very nice. The furniture is also quite great.

I love going to mueblería la popular because they always have so much to choose from, and the prices are great! The sales people are so nice and patient, they make you feel really comfortable. I would recommend mueblería la popular to anyone.

Tray call the make payment and also whaiting for 2 months to complete my bedroom set I’m still waiting on it .but payments need to by on time bs .Otherwise bad customer service and never come back to buy anything here as soon as I pay everything and we never come back on this company

If they open the store at 10:30 am the saturday's they should fix that because on google says that they open at 9:30 am
