The Mukwonago Fire Department provides Fire Protection, Fire Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services at the Critical Care Paramedic (CC-EMTP) level.
The Mukwonago Fire Department responds to an average of 2,300 calls a year. The types of calls include but are not limited to: fires, hazardous materials, rescue, motor vehicle collisions, extrication, inter-facility transfers, and medical incidents. The department protects approximately 37 square miles that is comprised of the Village and Town of Mukwonago. The estimated protected population is 16,000.
To provide a range of programs designed to protect the lives and property of the inhabitants of the Village and Town of Mukwonago from the adverse effects of fire, sudden medical emergencies, or exposure to any dangerous condition created by either man or nature.
