The staff in the store is always very helpful. I had my brows waxed and tinted by Aliyah and she done a great job. I’ll definitely be returning. This store also has a full salon and offers makeup services!
Went to redeem a giftcard. Nobody greeted me upon entering the store. The cashier was nice and helpful.
The ladies on the floor were very kind and helpful. However the cashier MG was cold and dismissive. My tween used her manners and she looked right through her.
My first time visiting. Loved it. Only issue I had was the samples werent very neat ir cleaned up and a lot were mixed. Not the stores fault but I feel it could be addressed. I didnt have anyone ask if I wanted to try so and so ir anything like that so I was disappointed with that too. But I'll try again I was very happy with my haul.
Went to this store a couple of weeks ago and as I got ready to check out there was a line with only 1 cashier working. The other cashier had just checked someone out but went on to carry on a full conversation with the customer while other customers were standing in line waiting to be serviced. She completely didn’t care there were people in line. She was very rude and unprofessional when asked if she was working. I believe her name was Nakia. Tall brown skin and had a brownish/blonde pony tail. She was not working but instructed talking. Another cashier had to come to her register and start checking people out. Nakia needs to do better. Get better training in customer service or find another job.
Very good place to buy perfumes. I liked how they have little paper strips which you can use to test the perfume rather than spraying multiple perfumes in your body and then not being able to figure out which one to choose because they all blended together. Staff is nice and friendly. I'll recommend purchasing here.
The worst place to try to get help in regards to makeup. No one to help you find a good shade / color match, no to give you their opinion or best advice towards products. You will ask the associates they’ll point or yell across the store to answer product placements. Terrible!
I had an issue with the app and online ordering so I tried in store instead. The General Manager Neekiasp was extremely helpful and got my issues resolved. Thank goodness for her. Very happy customer.
Tonnetta customer service at the Douglasville location was exceptional. She was quite helpful in locating several items I was in search of! Very patience and knowledge on products. The other 2 young lady at the counter assisted in me making a decision on a new fragrance. Nowadays it’s difficult in experiencing great customer service so it was refreshing encounter. This was my 1st time at this location and look forward to visiting soon for my beauty and fragrance needs and referring my friends.
Cashier had beautiful makeup but not friendly or helpful. My family and I spent over $70 each and I asked for a price check on a clearance item, she basically discourage me from buying it and dropped it which I’m sure it cracked.
