Chad at Mulkey Mason helped us plan my mother's funeral recently. He was incredibly helpful every step of the way and always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. He helped make this incredibly horrible time in our lives easy to manage. He was there from the first call to the end, and never pressured us into any decision. He always gave us several moments to look over everything and never tried to push us into any category. He took time to explain every step and detail from beginning to end. We are incredibly grateful to them. On the day of my mother's funeral it was an ice storm and the roads were not treated, yet they drove carefully and transported my mother safely to her gravesite from Lewisville to Arlington. I will forever be grateful to them for all their hard work. We could not be more pleased with them!
My father passed suddenly and unexpectedly. My brothers took care of all of the arrangements for our father. The people that work here are so nice and the viewing was beautiful. The rooms are so nice
I don't normally do reviews but I really felt I needed to share. My sister passed at home yesterday and when they came to pick her up it was the most amazing experience I've ever had. Ray was so wonderful. I highly recommend

The staff at Mulkey-Mason were very compassionate and caring. They were there for our every need. George guided us thru what was needed and when. No attempt to up sale us at any time. His recommendations were gratefully appreciated. The building is first class in the rooms and decorations. I will use them when the need arises again.
The people who work for Mulkey Mason are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They make the hardest times on a person easy, they are very nice to work with. They have helped with funerals for 2 of my aunt's, my uncle, and most recently my father. I am SO grateful to have had their help.
Rey and his team did an Amazing job with my Dad's service! They coordinated with the Customs and Border Protection Honor Guard to give my Dad the respect he deserved. Rey was empathetic, respectful, and professional. Rey was so great, it felt like we were being taken care of by a family member. Thank you for everything Rey!
We were recommended to them by our close neighbor who had worked with them before. They gave me such comfort in knowing that they were not trying to sell me on anything I didn't want -- or letting me know what things might not be necessary or are overpriced. The funeral chapel was really nice and they accommodated us in every way. This was in 2002 and when my time comes, I have told my family that no one could take better care of them at a time like that.
Mulkey Mason has been nothing short of amazing. The staff was very patient, caring and literally held our hand every step of the way . I interacted with atleast 4 member of the staff wish I remember each of their names and they were all very professional and treated us like family . This isn’t just a buisness or a job for them , you can see they really enjoy / take pride in what they do . Thank you to the staff at Mulkey Mason , I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during such a difficult time
