Ms. Mullen has experience representing individuals who have been injured or have lost their loved ones in car accidents, construction accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, daycare negligence, nursing home negligence and medical negligence. Ms. Mullen also represents individual who have been injured on the job with their workers' compensation claims.
Ms. Mullen has spent 11 years of her career working for and closely with Karl E. Knudsen, a former prosecutor and one of the top criminal trial lawyers in Wake County. She continues to maintain an association with him on matters where an understanding and expertise of the criminal court system is necessary to gain leverage in those cases where the individual is injured or their loved one died as a result of a drunk driver or other vehicle and/or criminal related offenses.
Ms. Mullen is married to Micah Mullen, has two young sons, Peter (13) and James (15). She enjoys hiking, running, reading, painting, Steelers football and spending time with her family. She is a member of the Wake County Bar Association, North Carolina Advocates for Justice, and the is on the Board of Directors of North Carolina Association of Woman Attorneys.
