I made an appointment to see an ARNP and was told I couldn't get in to see her for over a month. About a week before the appointment I received a letter stating she was leaving at the end of the month. That was fine. I wanted some referrals and blood tests. Two days before my appointment a receptionist called and said the ARNP was leaving early and she was cancelling my appointment but I could get an appointment with another ARNP in two months. I don't understand why so long. I was one of the next appts. I have cancer and needed to be seen before chemo and my blood counts go down again. That is why I made the appt. when I did. Then they told me they would put me on a waiting list and would call me. They haven't. Very disappointed with this clinic. next appointments. I need to start chemo again and needed to get my appointments done before my blood counts go down. next appointments
My new insurance didn’t cover my doctor of over 25 years, so I was worried about finding someone new. I am so happy with Shannon Zawilski. She is kind and patient and very knowledgeable. I really like the nurses and the people that work in the lab at this clinic, too.* Amending this- Shannon is no longer there, so I had to move practices again. I have had several people I have really liked as doctors or PAs but they keep leaving. Medical care is difficult these days.
Saw them a few months back. Overall nice staff. Though it seemed like a new inexperienced Dr. helped me - who couldn’t really answer my questions and concerns and left me with zero solutions. Aside from, of course, the YouTube-able exercise that may or may not help me with a condition that I may or may not have. Plus a nurse, who stabbed herself with a needle, then stabbed me with the same needle thanks for the AIDS. But overall American healthcare at its finest. *Fingers crossed on that AIDS, hepatitis, other blood-related-transmitted-diseases situation.*
From the front staff, to the doctors, everyone here is stupendous! Even those in the lab are awesome! Friendly, caring & very few square needles. If you need a quick check up, make an appointment, or ask the doc a question, you can do this on a program called My Chart. The docs know what they are doing, & they work with you & the insurance companies to get you the care you need.
Woke up this morning when hubby says he has a blood in his mouth. After heart surgery and an LVAD implant, blood is serious. We found NW Laboratory, a multicare partner, and came here for labs. Very convenient location instead of going all the way to Good Samaritan or Tacoma General. We arrived at 8:02am and already there were about 8 people waiting. Didn't wait too long, friendly staff, plenty of parking and close to home. Definitely coming here for labs from now on!
Haven’t been to the Doc in a long time. Dr. Lay was the man. Very personable and friendly. Not an awkward visit at all. The nurse and staff were also very kind.
My sleep tech was amazing she made me feel real comfortable
Staff is great and friendly. Have never had a problem with them after 3 years.
Most outstanding clinic around. Great staff. Great doctors.
Never can get an appointment. Thanks for all the help Multicare!
