I hired Nina to brightened up my home for an event. I specifically asked her to look around my house and use some of the beautiful pieces I wasn’t using to their fullest extent, rather than bring arrangements in store bought vases. I was thrilled with her work, very creative and she did exactly I wanted- to call attention to my own unique containers. I never would have thought to use any of those for flower arrangements! I received many compliments and would absolutely recommend Nina for any of your design needs. She is a treasure and I will use her services again.
If you are in the Chapel Hill/RDU area and need a florist for any event, look no further than Nina’s Botanicals. In late spring, I hired Nina to execute a custom, DIY, floral bouquet bar for a sorority event at UNC Chapel Hill. The bar served over 75 women who were able to create gorgeous arrangements with Nina’s help. I had called around to multiple florists in town to purchase the flowers, but when I called Nina, I knew that she was the ONLY choice for this event. Nina offered competitive pricing, a wealth of industry knowledge, and an incredibly talented eye for creating stunning arrangements. On the day of the event, she went above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly. She hand made signage for the event, brought all of the necessary supplies, and stayed throughout the event to help tie arrangements and offer arrangement suggestions. The event was executed flawlessly and could not have been possible without Nina’s expertise, fantastic customer service, and incredible talent. We will be working with Nina again for our Centennial Celebration this fall and cannot express how excited I am to see her creations!
Nina made me an absolutely beautiful arrangement with two days notice for my grandmother’s 93rd birthday! She was extremely accommodating and made sure she purchased and arranged fresh flowers for me and even put them in a one of a kind vase. My grandmother loved the flowers so much and other family members commented on how beautiful they were even saying: “We all need to get our flower arrangements from this magical place”! Nina was wonderful to work with and I will absolutely be a repeat customer! Thank you for making my grandmother’s day so special!!
I wish I could choose 100 for Nina! I called in an order from Ohio to help my 90 year old mom send her newly 90 year old grade school friend some birthday flowers. Nina was amazing! Talking to her on the phone was like talking to a friend. Her love for flowers and floral design was very apparent, as was her love for people! She asked all the right questions to gain an understanding of who the recipient was, and then she created an absolutely gorgeous arrangement to perfectly fit that person! My mom’s friend was a life-long gardener, so Nina thoughtfully designed her birthday planter to look like a beautiful garden! She even visited with the recipient and her family for a good while upon delivery and has since stopped by this 90 year old’s “farm stand” to say hello! I could not have asked for a better human to carry out this task from across the country! Thank you, Nina — for your brilliant work and kind heart! You made my 90 year old Ohio mama so very happy — she showed everyone the picture of the gorgeous planter you created for her dear old friend! 100 for you!!!
I called last minute and Nina was able to make me up a bouquet for my anniversary. It's absolutely beautiful and unique. Definitely coming back here for all my flower needs!
There’s only one place in Chapel Hill and Durham area for flowers and this place is Nina’s Botanicals. I go to Nina’s Botanicals for a few reasons, is a local and woman-owned business, but most importantly, the floral arrangements are way more than that, they are pieces of art. Nina customizes the flower compositions for any special occasion, to suit the recipient’s personality and taste, sourcing flowers locally based on seasonality or theme - each piece is truly one of a kind. Nina’s eye to detail and exquisite taste designing these bouquets, elevates flower gifting. Nina’s botanicals is the best place in Chapel Hill for floral arrangements - Mother’s Day is coming up and graduation too, a beautiful flower arrangement will complete the celebration.
I recently had Nina’s Botanicals arrange a bouquet to celebrate my friend’s birthday. I really didn’t have any design in mind, so I let Nina handcraft her own arrangement and surprise me. The bouquet was absolutely stunning! Not only was it larger than I expected, but the quality of the flowers was remarkable. Nina’s customer service skills are A+++ as well. I had regular communication with her throughout the process and she treated me like family. I cannot recommend her enough.
Nina's Botanicals provided the flowers for my daughter's wedding, which was an outdoor ceremony at the Botanical Garden. We were delighted with the beauty of the floral arrangements. All the flowers were sourced from the Carrboro Farmers Market and looked awesome! I did not get any other estimates but think that Nina's prices are very competitive. Nina recommended pocket squares for the men, rather than boutonnierres. The pocket squares looked great! Nina provided not only flowers but several other items to match the blue/green color theme. Nina really went above and beyond! I highly recommend Nina's Botanicals.
I had never heard of Nina’s Botanicals but googled floral shops and took a chance and ordered my Mother-N-Law a floral arrangement for Mother’s Day. She absolutely LOVED it! She said it was the most beautiful arrangement she’d ever seen! Also, I placed my order at the last minute. Nina’s Botanicals was about to close and she still made it happen. I will always choose Nina’s Botanicals for my floral needs!
Nina was very kind and helpful in getting me a corsage for prom. I wanted to change a few things to it when I saw it and she took care of it for me. It was very beautiful. Thank you Nina!
