Municipal Court

Poor communication, every person I’ve talked to is rude and they do not provide clear guidance on how to ensure drivers courses should be handled for people who never been in a ticket situation. This court house is a joke. Focus on improving your city and figuring out your homeless situation.

Why are they so rude! I literally called just to ask a few question about my defensive driving certificate, and give them money. All I get in return is some lady that refuses to tell me her name and is completely rude with no knowledge at all. If they are not happy there find someone else who is

I must say I'm disappointed at the lies I was told. I followed all guidelines like pay my ticket on time and took a defense course and now they said I didn't send in driver record with my course so I have a warrant and tge ticket is still on my record. Wow

People on the phone are literally useless, don't answer questions, rude beyond compare and don't care about you or your situation at all.

FYI for you out of towner's and there will be alot of you. They only accept payments till 4:30 even thought the citation and hours are till 5pm. Got there at 4:55 after a 3 hour drive and they would not take my payment. Awesome customer service.

A handful of years back, I paid for a minor traffic violation citation here. Despite the unfortunate reason of me being there and losing some of my hard earned cash because of my traffic mistake, it was a quick in and out process and the lady behind the glass had the most positive and cheerful attitude and sense of humor that I had encountered that day. She even made me laugh. So all in all, not a terrible place. However the parking is a nightmare.

Even the people on the phone are rude, not helpful whatsoever and the customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with.

Put on hold for 2 hours. Never had a chance to speak to a person. And I was trying to return a call from them.

Incompetent staff filled with more incompetent officers, but this is the facade that people live on. I hope the malice this place brings moves towards the immoral humans that it hosts.

They will accommodate payments if you just call.
