Annual In-Service training is offered via subscription through our Distance Learning website where a state-of-the-art learning management system is used to administer online training, testing, and reporting of the officer’s on-going progress. Using best of class subject matter experts and drawing upon a wealth of knowledge from organizations such as the International Association of Chiefs of Police, MPI is uniquely positioned to deliver MPTC approved self-paced online training that meets the needs of law enforcement professionals in Massachusetts with a decidedly local focus.

MISSION STATEMENT
The corporation is dedicated to research and training aimed at the advancement of the security and well-being of all citizens by appropriate means including, but not limited to, on the following:
a) The development and provision of resources for the advancement of the law enforcement profession;
b) The delivery of services and technical assistance for the improvement of public safety and governmental administration and operation;
c) The initiation, design, development or undertaking of projects related to law enforcement, public safety, victim services, crime control and the security of the community;
d) The fostering of the improvement of the service delivery capability of local and sate government;
e) Developing partnerships with private and governmental social service agencies; and,
f) Entering into contracts and agreements with, and accepting gifts, grants, fees, contributions and bequests of funds from any department, agency or subdivision of federal, state, county or municipal government and any individual, foundation, corporation, association or public authority for the purpose of providing or receiving services, facilities or staff assistance in connection with its work and to award grants and administer grant programs.
