I rented a new trumpet for 2 months. It wasn't new which was okay but I was charged for a third month after I returned it because apparently I was supposed to call music store Inc out of Tulsa to report that I returned it to him @ muns He failed to ever tell me this information. Why is that not his job as a third party affiliate? I won't be doing any business with muns or music store Inc. Music store Inc refused to refund my money. That's dirty shady business and I won't have any part in it again. Had they refunded my money I wouldn't have any issue. I'm very forgiving and was planning on renting a keyboard and taking lessons but they've both lost my trust and business. Long rant over.

The owner is an awesome if busy dude. I've been treated more like a friend than a customer- and it sure as hell isn't cuz I'm rich. When I was running late, he stayed and let me in after hours to sell me a bass Yamaha-$75 w/o bickering I was interested in a pedal; we checked it out- wasn't working- so he gave it to me. which I repaired! One drawback: it's a really small place. You won't find huge selections here- but if you do find what you need; you'll be glad you stopped! I've got his personal #, ever had a music store do that for you?

He's the man for when you're in the local area of Claremore and beyond. Steady supply of good strings for my guitar and he's the type of guy you can sit down and have a talk about music and get new information every time you visit. If it weren't for him, I'd have to slog through traffic and deal with crappy attitudes, so I definitely recommend taking a gander next time you find yourself nearby, you won't be disappointed. Keep up the good work, friend.

This is the most unprofessional store I've ever seen. He takes advantage of people's circumstances and rips them off. My husband has a drum set worth 1.800 and triedto take advantage of him and pay 230 for a brand new drum set. When I called him out on his wrong he got upset and proceeded to insult me. Not a good place to do business. Just an fyi!!! I had no choice but to put a one review.
