I dont recommend this store I bought a new boots and a hat Today around noon and the lady at front check out was like. LET ME SEE YOUR ID. AND I AM LIKE WHAT I GUESS I WAS THE ONLY ONE AT THE LINE THAT I HAVE TO SHOW MY ID FOR NO REASON OTHER THAT RACIST. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY ON THIS COMPANY EVEN AGAIN.
There was have some of the best deals. They have some thing for just about everybody. And I am one of those odd sizes because I have very long legs and they always have the right sizes for me. They carry so many cute options also. Tons of dog stuff which my dogs absolutely love, I have bought every one of my dogs beds except to from here. And my dog door.
Bought 2 guns here and a safe spent over 2000$ and wasn't treated good at all. One guy at the gun counter and a cashier up front need to find different careers they obviously aren't happy. I should have walked out without giving them my money, but I didn't want to start over somewhere else it was just lazy on my behalf, but I'll stick to cabelas and bass pro from now on.
I’ve been shopping at the westminister store for 7 years probably Thousands of $$$$ and the staff is usually very friendly and helpful but the older gentleman at the gun counter Tonight 9/27/22 must’ve been having a bad day and was extremely rude and made fun of me just for asking a simple question about ammo that i had intentions of buying $200 of it. I left so upset i doubt I’ll ever be coming back, I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.
The prices are good. The shelves are well stocked. And the staff are helpful and knowledgeable! I always enjoy shopping here!
Beth, thanks for the horrible customer service on my even exchange for a Christmas gift from my son. A $25 t-shirt you marked down to $20 to then just charge me $25 for the same shirt. I guess you take it upon yourself to charge people $5 when they need to exchange for a different size. I hope Murdoch's knows about your practices.
Had an issue with some items being missing from a tool kit . The folks at the Westminster Murdoch's helped me out with no hesitation. This location was awesome. I will definitely be bringing my business back here .
Isaac is absolutely the best! I called asking if they fixed certain tools he said not really but that he would look at it and see if he could help me. He fixed it and made a customer for life thank you so much it.
One star would be generous, should be zero. Went in over the weekend and had the worst customer service experience ever, not from one cashier, but two! very rude. Used to be regular customers, not any more. We even called and spoke to their head office, nothing was done.
