The hygienist, staff and Dr. Searle were are very friendly, caring, gentle and easy to communicate with. They took time for my questions, detailed their findings and put me at ease. They were very thorough! I highly recommend Utah Valley Dental!
My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Murdock for so many years we feel like we are visiting a friend when we go for our semiannual checkups! He is incredible! He is great at explaining what needs immediate attention or a "watch and see" approach. He also has a wonderful staff. The other dentists in the office, the hygienists, the receptionists, etc., are all part of an absolutely amazing team!
Dr. Smith really went out of his way to make sure I had a beautiful smile! He is an artist! In all of my 30 years of life I have never felt so confident to smile wider and more often. The office staff is super sweet and I always love the dental assistants. The process was long but Dr. Smith made it painless. I'm so happy!!
I can't say enough about how great my experience was with Dr. Smith and his staff. He did a great job with my two fillings and repaired a chip tooth. I am happy that I was able to find a dentist that I can trust. I highly recommend you give them a chance if you are looking for a great dentist. The dentist seems great. The price...awful. They used to work with us because we don't have insurance. Now they refer you to "their plan" which would cost my famiy $2,490 a year, and that doesn't include the additional $600.00 just to enroll in the plan. I found a dentist near me with great reviews and called them.They would charge us $1,100 a year and you are not forced to sign up for a plan. Our whole family is seen in 3 hours so $1,100 is still steep but I'll take it over these guys. Also, I had an impression made for an implant and the assistant here didn't tighten the screw when she put it back in so it fell out after a few days. I had a few stressful calls on the phone with the surgeon who thought we may have to redo part of the implant surgery because of this. This seems like a basic thing they should have double checked
I've been coming here for a couple of years now with my husband and maybe one day my kids. We first came here because we heard a lot of good things from the doctors and the staff. We are not disappointed. Service is great and they really listen to what you want and need. Communication is clear. It's a bit far from home for me so I tried going to the new lake Mountain dental office located in Eagle Mountain that's just a few minutes from my house. I just went for a regular cleaning like I do every 6 months and nothing was bothering me. I went out without cleaning done and with a $3,000 fee for I don't know how many things they found I should do for my teeth and of course nothing was covered by insurance. I am really glad I came back to Utah Valley dental even if it's further from home it's worth it. I like their honesty and integrity. They also make sure the patient has what he wants and can afford. Rebecca the sweet lady that did my cleaning today told me right away without me asking that if I don't need to see the doctor then we can proceed with the cleaning this way I won't be charged extra because it wouldn't be covered by insurance for him coming and checking my teeth since I already had another dental exam at location in Eagle Mountain. Thank you. I'm really happy with my visit today!
I've been coming to this dentist office for over 20 years. Dr. Bruce Murdock has always been my dentist but has retired. I now see Dr. Smith. He is awesome. My kids see Dr. Searle and he's great as well. They are prompt and they don't fix it if it isn't broken which is Fantastic. Highly recommend them.
Chelsy is the best hygienist in the whole world. I have gone to her twice now and she is truly a master at what she does. Dr Smith is also top notch and very friendly. When you’re there, you feel welcomed. Make sure you book with Chelsy though, she is
Friendly, efficient, thorough, painless. I would recommend Utah Valley Dental to anyone! As they are cleaning my teeth and checking them, they communicate well and tell me exactly what they are doing and what to expect. They are caring and let me have a chance to talk and they listen. Wonderful service! I have sensitive lower teeth, so Audrey took the time to clean them with the manual pick rather than the ultrasonic pick. Thank you! Doctor Searle remembered personal information about my husband and his name. I love the personal and friendly feeling here.
We are coming here for the last 4 years. The service is always is awesome the doctor Searle and the staff they're friendly and honest people. They are fast but they never rush me to the next appointment.
