Museum of Horrors Haunted

Love this place! The price is great. Super short wait time, and amazing scary staff! They had awesome food truck and coffee. Plus an amazing vendor with bones and even a haunted doll!!! Can’t wait to see what they have in store for next year. We will definitely be back!

My family and I went for there "All Through the Night" event, and it was so fun! They had live entertainment, petting zoo, photos with Santa and a haunted house that ended with a picture with Krampus, and all of that was included with your $20 ticket! They also had cheap snacks and drinks, it was great! We will be back next year!

Line was 2 hours long, which was expected seeing as though it was Halloween weekend, but 2 hours of waiting for a complete disappointment. We look forward to going to the haunted House every year, and for 5 of us it was $150 for the basic admission. Complete let down this year. It was just a maze of dark Halloween decorations, there were no characters, except maybe 3 and they barely even popped out. My husband scared one of the monsters before he scared us. It just was NOT worth the money or the wait and really considering taking our business elsewhere next year.

Very awsome job, will come back again. Employees very awsome and nice to me and my brother in law. And got pictures with the monsters lol. Good job in both haunted houses. The wolf got me. Lol. Had alot of fun and thanks for the free t shirt!!! Keep it up guys.

If you like being scared, American Scare Grounds is a great place to go if you are in the Waco area. If you are nearby... it is worth the drive.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Went with a few friends and family and waited for almost 3 hrs. By far THE LAMEST haunted house ever. Wasn’t even scary I laughed at how lame it was . If I were the owner I’d be embarrassed. Witnessed the owner yell at a group. Which would be fine if they actually did something. Come to find out they were wrongly accused. The part that was completely uncalled for was that he started swearing up a storm at them in front of everyone. Completely unprofessional! I know it’s a haunted house but the only thing that’s “SCARY” about this place is just how BAD it is all around. Go if you want, but I’d stay clear. Spend your money else where!

Long lines, want that scary but I've been to so many. Some people freaking out in the chain saw room. Staff was nice and polite and allowed pictures with them.

Halfway through the haunted house, my wife and I were pulled aside by security, and then about 4 of their employees yelled and cussed at us about how assault is a felony and accused us of assaulting their employee. When the employee came out, they promptly said it wasn’t us. Instead of any sort of apology, they put us back in the haunted house. After we got out, we talked with the owner, and he was unapologetic, offered no restitution, and said he couldn’t give a refund, then when it was pointed out that he is the owner, and so it’s not that he couldn’t, but he is choosing not to. Owner is sketchy and so are their business practices Beyond this, even if we didn’t have this experience, I would have left a 2 star review because you wait 2-3 hours and pay $25 for a 5-10 minute haunted house that really isn’t very good. I would just avoid as a whole

It's a shame to see such a staple being run into the ground. It has such amazing potential Yes, I liked it before! Yes I know all things change... blah blah blah, but this is just different and something is just off and not right! I won't go into grave detail calling people out, or saying things about the owner, actors, etc... but a lot of our neighbors and friends have been as well this year and came back highly uncomfortable, with their own stories of things that happened while there. Hopefully something changes It's been a staple here for years, with an amazing reputation. I hate seeing that change. Especially since it's the only one in our area! I guess we will see next year...

Don’t waste your money here. The line itself is 3 hours long with explicit music playing the entire time. To make things worse there is no pavement so you’re standing in mud the entire time. All of that just for an experience that was only 10 minutes long. I wouldn’t go here again even if they paid me to.
