Our 2nd annual campout at Jericho Mountain State Park in Berlin, NH with Danny Seavey and Mike Ellis! A fun three days o training with friends!
Thursday from Noon to Sunday at 1pm
The weekend will include:
Private campsites for each team, easy trail access with no need to move vehicles for the entire weekend.
ALL MEALS provided
- Friday evening we will get to know each other, evening runs.
- Saturday and Sunday will involve work groups and hands on training. Run your team with one of our coaches on board. Practice passing, leader work, behavior correction and get some good early season training. You can have as much or as little help as you want.
- Workshops throughout the weekend on topics such as leader training, working with young dogs, harness fitting and others tailored to meet the goals of the group
This will not be a boot camp atmosphere.Participation in every event is not required.
- Saturday evening you will be treated to a private slide presentation!
Mike and Danny will tell you about their experiences in the Iditarod, Yukon Quest, Arctic expeditions and daily Alaska life.
- There will also be plenty of time to visit, ask questions and relax with friends.
One team is defined by a group of dogs on one truck, camped together at one site.
$650 for One person/ One team
$800 for 2 people/ One team
$100 for each additional person (max 4 people/ team of dogs)
Maximum of 20 teams
There are a limited number of beds available on a first come first served basis @ $15/night in rustic camping cabins for the weekend. The cabins each sleep six and some are high bunks. Ask us about them when you call to reserve your spot.
