Muskegon CrossFit’s coaching staff includes 5 CrossFit Level 1 coaches with certifications in CrossFit Olympic Lifting, Endurance, Gymnastics, and Judging. The collaborative experiences of these coaches include years of athletic coaching and personal training experience, an Exercise Science degree, collegiate and recreational athletic competition experience, and martial arts , military, law enforcement, and emergency response team training. Together, the coaches at MCF combine their knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm to provide a no frills approach to fitness.
