Dr. Thayer was very knowledgeable from my first consultation. She made me feel comfortable enough to schedule my surgery that day. The day of, she came in to say hi and ask if there were any additional questions that I may have before the procedure. I am in LOVE with the results! She did fantastic and the healing process has been very minimal. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking at having a breast augmentation!
I had a colonoscopy with Dr Gaunt and her and the whole team exceeded my expectations. They made my whole experience very pleasant. You guys made me feel like a patient and not just a number!
Saw Dr.Vanderkooi in October of 2020 for help with a very painful fissure that was first diagnosed by my PCP a month prior she actually saw it. It was not healing and I was referred to MSA. This man said he did not see a fissure, and suggested I go to therapy as there was nothing wrong with me. I asked if there were any options for pain relief, he said no. I suffered until this year when I finally got in to see a Colon and Rectal Specialist who instantly diagnosed a fissure. In less than 5 minutes I had a treatment plan with the new doctor . I was also given explanations as to what pain a fissure can cause, and how to best prevent them from recurring. He needs new glasses and a class in bedside manners.

This man did not do the surgery on me that his surgical report says he did. His subsequent X-ray proves it. As of December 17, 2020 I have filed several complaints against this man one with the attorney generals office and one against his license. It’s come to my attention from very credible sources that he also performs unnecessary surgeries on otherwise healthy individuals that result in permanent disability. Do not let this man touch you. He has a horrible bedside manner because when you complain that he has named you for life he tries to make you think it is his fault. Anybody who has permanent limited use of any extremity due to this man should contact an attorney immediately. Also, he may not have his license for very much longer if I have anything to say about it.
My wife had surgery by Dr. Gaunt and I was blessed to be with my wife all of these times and Dr. Gaunt and her ENTIRE staff have been wonderful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to be around and Dr. Gaunt's skills are as perfect as you can get. Meeting Dr. Gaunt for the very first time made both my wife and I feel like we have known her for a long time.. We told her that her very talented surgical hands are also connected to her heart. her skill and caring are connected.. Thank You Dr. Gaunt and everyone in your office <3
The doctor was fine. But, their office personnel are a joke. We paid 30 percent up front like asked. After a couple months of not received a bill for the balance I reached out. They took about a day to respond. In the meantime I talked to my insurance and was informed that we overpaid MSA. We didn't find this out until mid February, they were overpaid at the end of December. We have still not been refunded and are being told it will be a couple more weeks.
really surprised at the bad reviews, they must be working on improving. from the second i walked in everyone i dealt with in the front office was helpful and KIND, like genuinely kind and friendly. i then had doctor gaunt and she was the same, very kind and helpful. she actually LISTENED to me which is rare nowadays. nothing negative to say whatsoever.
Total waste of money!! do NOT get lipo there, you will look the same after as you did going in expect with a few holes in you and in extreme pain!!! 2,000 dollars a pound lol. There's better places just call around especially if you are paying with cash. Also they say they throw in a special treatment for you at the spa when you feel better that was a lie. I'm sure they do this to more people than me.
I had Dr. Zonca do a couple surgeries after a bike accident and he did a fantastic job, especially on my lip. Very satisfied! Staff was very kind as well.
