The process of my father being laid to rest was seamless. I will give them that.  That's the two star rating. My issue is that he was lain to rest on July 3, 2022 and today is July 21, 2022 and I'm unable to get anyone on the phone in regards to his death certificates. I was told I would receive two of them but I've attempted to call three times this week, left a message, and no one has taken the time to return my call.  I have his affairs to deal with and can't without the certificate.  I  followed my father's wishes but I'm regretting it due to not being able to receive basic information from them in regards to the death certificate.  I pray this absence of a response is not because I'm a woman and because I'm not Muslim. I'm happy I know I can go to Vital Statistics to get a copy.

My Dad passed away while on vacation and I was very worried and concerned but that quickly changed. They followed Sunnah way. Very beautiful place....
