Come in town to see my doctor. She uses this pharmacy always so when I got there my RX had not been escribed yet so I ran a few errands & came back almost 2 hrs later. My RX had still not been recieved. They did not offer to call the doctor for me not during the time I went to run errands. I called myself & she had accidentally sent it to a pharmacy in North Carolina. I waited over 3 hours in town waiting on my RX so I would not have to come all the way back in town. They were also about $25 more for my RX
My doctor sent a prescription here. AFTER processing the insurance claim, they called to tell me it wasn't in stock and they didn't want to order it, go somewhere else. Ok...but then why did you process the claim?
We have used Mustang Drug for over a year now and typically have a good experience; but over the past 6 months or so we have slowly noticed customer service declining. They are great about texting you when a prescription is ready for pickup, but they won't let you know if your prescription is out of stock/needs to be ordered. Three times now I've needed prescription for my child and they haven't had it in stock. That is a little frustrating. They are also extremely slow, especially at the window. If you need quick service, just go inside if you're able. Not a bad place to get medicine filled, but some improvements could be made.
Definitely recommend! I could not get my prescription filled at Walgreens called three places so I called this pharmacy and within 10 mins of my doctor sending the request, my order was filled. Staff was friendly and helpful with questions I had. I will definitely be using this pharmacy for all my future needs.
Every single month on the day my meds are due, I’m told they have to be ordered! It’s but me out and they would also refill prescriptions without me asking them too even after telling them to stop doing auto-fill. When they first opened I got great treatment but as they hit busier I didn’t feel as though my business mattered at all…. So it just happened again today so it’s the very last time for my business to be going to them!
Literally the best pharmacy around! They are so nice and knowledgeable and have my prescriptions ready when I need them, which is important since I take a compound medication. Love this pharmacy and the people.
The pharmacist is great. She is super helpful and is very professional and knowledgeable. We starting coming here when we had several prescriptions messed up by the big guys, our experience here has been nothing but great. Shop small and give the same money to people who care about your business and well being. The prices are the same or less than the big guys and there is never a substantial wait like the big guys. Give them a try. You won't go anywhere else.
Transferred my monthly meds here after a conversation about the medication and their knowledge of my issues. Great staff, in and out in seconds or, look over some of the different items for sale. Boils down to atmosphere. Great pharmacy!
The worst pharmacy I have ever been too. I will let doctor that told us to pick up prescription as well
To give the best example of how adaptive and diverse the staff is here I brought them a prescription for our HEDGE HOG. And they were able to compound the medication and called OSU Vet Hospital in Stillwater and confirmed they had it right. Thanks to them our hedge hog had another five weeks of life with us. So they literally can take care of the whole family!
