Mustard Seed Cafe

If you are in Bluffton, Ohio, this is a MUST. We were attending ONU commencement and in search of a place to celebrate with the graduates and families. Don't be fooled by the exterior. I thought we were going through a hot dog drive in. The decor was excellent. Music performance was good. The food was spectacular for the price. The Cutting Board special was the way to go. Great variety of beers and wines. Will stop again if in the area.

One of the best restaurants in northwest Ohio! This is some of the most flavorful food I've ever had! The presentation is beautiful and the prices are very economical during lunch.

Wow! What a great place to stop and eat! A hidden gem. The food was amazing. Selection of craft beer is the best we've seen locally. Too bad I was working or I would have tried some, or the wines. I wish I knew our server's name, she was so nice. We will go back the next time we are in the area!

I've had brunch there two times and the food has been wonderful! My favorite so far was a quiche with sun dried tomatoes. It's the perfect place for a mommy retreat. They have petite flowers on each table that are lovely to look at and the wait staff is helpful and friendly. A great place to visit!

I can't get enough of this place. I don't live in town but am always up for a little bit of a drive to get there. The menu is always creative, fresh, and evolving. Nothing is ever done poorly, and there is plenty of variety. Something for everyone. Not the cheapest, but very decently priced for the quality of food that you get. Plus the ambience is so cute and cozy that you will want to stay for hours. Friendly for those with food allergies too!

Only 3 things to pick from the menu and it's $30.00 a plate and for that price I expected a little more food then 2 crab cakes

Stopped in off the highway, after seeing the spot highlighted as a local favorite. Fantastic food, even with the truncated menu during off-hours. We were the only ones there in between meal times and the host was very attentive. They were also accommodating for our young son.

Wow...my girlfriends took me out to dinner for my birthday tonight!!! They could not have picked a better restaurant!!! The food was phenomenal!!! From the appetizers of bruschetta, hummus, a heaping portion of fried green tomatoes my personal favorite and warm Brie with fruit compote to the salads try the Spinach with Warm Bacon Dressing to the entrees of drunken Italian shrimp, blackened seafood, flat breads and my personal favorite...the Duck Gumbo or as I call it...winner, winner, duck dinner!!! The service was outstanding and the pace of the meal could not have been better!!! I must also make mention of the drinks...a couple of delicious "off the beaten path" bottles of wine, interesting craft beers and some finely crafted cocktails!!! I cannot say enough positives about this meal and restaurant...just the entire experience!!! If you haven't been to Mustard Seed, you are missing out!!! Add it to your bucket list of restaurants!!! I will be back!!! I can't wait to try the Tapas Menu and it will be soon!!! This is hands down the BEST restaurant in the Findlay/Hancock County area!!! Make a reservation for sure!!! Service was terrible. Dining room was cold. Thermostat set at 64 and waiter would not warm it up. I ordered cheese ravioli which was tasty however the meal included 5 ravioli... that's it, no bread or rolls. For $20 I would expect more and the waiter never suggested any sides. The service was slow so I didn't bother ordering anything else.

The chicken salad and fruit cup is EXCELLENT! Very attentive serving staff. Adorable, quaint decor. Very well done. I would highly recommend the Mustard See Cafe - go early or late for lunch or you may run into a 12pm crowd!
