I think they sell junk. I bought a recliner didn’t last long fabric by all frayed and wouldn’t work after months of waiting they finally let me return it for sim thing else cost me a few hundred more now the arm Has about fell off they did send a repairman they keep saying part will be here this week not happening they are so rude I want my chair replaced or money back stay away from them

Don't even want to give them one star my husband and I bought furniture from them waited 2cwks for our schedule delivery. When the never call to schedule a time on the day of delivery I had to call them to find out that someone in their store entered the wrong date. Manager of the store and Credit Supervisor where so unprofessional and rude. Made the whole situation My fault and refused to take accountability or apology for the mistake. We immediately canceled our furniture. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AND I RECOMMEND YIU DONT EITHER.

My chair had a damage to fabrics. Also the surface blocker was added at the last minute leaving the chair wet. Salesman described a detailed process that didn’t happen.

Love this place! Always so helpful and if you ever need them to work with you they will! They go above and beyond and I’m happy to be a customer here!!

Having issues with refrigerator and warranty, with extended warranty that hasn't even went into effect. Haven't had it a year and already had to replace it,of course the new one cost more but didn't know till they had already delivered and set it up.Well see what happens.

My wife and I were very impressed with the associates at Farmers. We walked all around the store looking without any pressure from a sales associate. Which is a big plus for us, they were very knowledgeable about all the furniture they have available. We will be coming back when we decide to purchase anymore furniture.

I wouldn't give a star if I had to the store is rude they don't know what customer service is. They don't seem happy to be doing their job. If you have a choice choose a different business Aarons is better then this place

Wonderful people work here! They have a lot of furniture, appliances and electronic's to choose from! Will be going back to get an upright freezer!

The workers are dutifully and very polite at all times. Importantly, only shop, for furniture at this furniture store. Because of their pleasant attitude and politeness for every customer that walk in their doors. As well as they provide the service you need, whenever, your shopping needs are for furniture.

They do not stand with warrenty bought mattress it has a bad defect it's like sleeping in a hole in center it is left to supervisor they will not take it back I'm turning them in too better business please read other reviews I wish we had
