I know that my grandson improved his math skills and critical thinking capabilities from coding. It is fun, challenging and they can see their efforts immediately. Hands on instruction is very positive for students.
Mill Valley Code Club is a awesome place. It teaches kids how to code. The teachers help with any questions you have, and they are very helpful. It is totally worth it to sign up and go there. I think it is a very important for kids to learn how to code and they are perfect at teaching it.
