Ordered through 800-FLOWERS and the bouquet looked like a cheap knockoff of the one I thought I was purchasing. Not only were the roses already dying, but also the fern that was supposed to be sprigs of wheat. Also looks like they took white flowers and airbrushed them orange. For as much as I paid, I expected better quality. Highly disappointed. I definitely wont be giving My Bouqet Florist any more business, and certainly not 1-800-flowers.

I stopped in the shop to get a dozen roses and carnations for my grandma, they were extremely nice and helped me pick out a great looking and smelling bouquet. The service was fast and friendly!

Had a great experience here! My brother and I came in to find flowers for our grandma’s birthday. The people here were incredibly kind, helpful and considerate. Would recommend to anybody

I love Sondra her flowers and roses are fresh. Customer service is awesome Mr Alvin and the team is awesome. Great for a nice bouquet of flowers roses Lilly's whatever you need she got you.

Needed flowers for a graduation, these people said they would have them ready by 10:30. The store is supposed to be open at 10. Nobody was there and nobody answered the phone. Let a customer down on an important day and what's worst is they insisted I pay in advance. Don't go to this shop, they don't care about their customers!

They have friendly, family like service. Need a couple more people during prom season. 1 to keep up with the orders & the other to help out in the store.

The best experience i ever had timely and speedy service and my flowers are beautiful best flower shop in Chicago

Horrible customer service, they will not respond once you get your money...Buyer beware.
