Absolutely love this place. A repair guy canceled on me, so I googled this location and called. Tony picked up and was very sweet and professional. Being the fact I've worked for , and everything he said was spot on. I brought my daughter's phone in and met Arie. She was very sweet and professional as well. She already had my paperwork ready. I paid and was told it'll be 30 mins. Honestly, I dont believe I waited 30 min at all. When I tell ya this phone looks brand new. She also helped a girl out, and gave me some bubble wrap. I tell you what, I will be referring people here for sure. Adding pictures as well, I'm a real customer!!!
Been going here for 20 years give or take. Excellent service locally-owned and operated. Honest reliable company. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks for helping whenever we break something in a timely manor & being reasonably priced.
Horrible. DO NOT COME HERE!!! I brought my phone in to be repaired and they ended up breaking it even more. They have you pay upfront before the services are even done and then once it’s done you realize that they did a HORRIBLE job. But they don’t care and they try to dismiss your complaint and blame it on you. And then they don’t give refunds ! They didn’t take accountability for breaking my phone at all but I will be filling with the court, report to BBB and posting on Tiktok. From the bad reviews they have already on here, they have done this to a lot of people and they can’t keep getting away with this. but I just wanted to write a review first, so I can warn other people. save your money go somewhere else Seriously !!!!
Came into this location looking for a place to get my phone repaired Juneteenth from water damage. Long story short the disrespect from the guy was beyond me. I felt so disrespected. Taking everything I’m me to not explode. One thing replaying in my head he’s been in business 30 years and he gets paid regardless. He really gets an attitude because my lack of cellphone knowledge. I left work early to make it here on time before they closed early day. To still leave at 5. I don’t recommend this place. I only came in for water damage ne take it upon hisself to replace screen deep clean and something about the led. There was literally a chip in my upper right corner the lady noticed when o brought in n I advised I have insurance the screen isn’t an issue. I set in there lobby literally with tears rolling down my face to keep my composure per they still had my phone and it wasn’t put together. I’m still sitting here in front just really mind blown. Lost for words to be disrespected and have to pay 200.00
Why can't you give zero stars? This place is a joke! My son took his I phone 12 in March 10th to get fixed. Paid them 300 bucks to fix it. two weeks later said it couldn't be fixed and they gave him a I phone 11 to replace he's phone and money. Went to hook it up and we couldn't. Took it back to the store and told them. Didn't believe me and said I want hes money back and said I would call the cops. Told me I'm not getting my money back so filed paperwork with the courts and gave me the money back. 34 days later. Don't go here!
This people here are rude and nasty and have some kind of policy where they don't give you your money back or your phone when they can't fix it. They make you pay money upfront to get your phone repaired and when they can't you are not to call them about a refund they will call you, what kind of policy is this? you take somebody's money you can't fix their phone but you can't get a refund or your phone back until you adhere to whatever their procedure is and they will call you when a decision has been made but they never call. They will also bar you from the store for going in and asking about your refund. This place is nothing but a ripoff. Maybe I should let you get away with this but I'm going to take you to court it doesn't matter if it cost me $5,000 to get $300it's the principle of the thing. Do not go there or you will lose your money and your phone. Buyer Beware
Absolute highway robbery. I came in Tuesday for screen repair. They told me the parts would be here Thursday and they could repair in an hour and charged me $181.88. Today is Friday, no screen, no one will tell me what the problem is and Arie refused to refund my purchase. I will be reporting to BBB and everywhere else I can. Update 1/7- Called this morning for resolution. Arie hung up the phone on me. Went to store for resolution, Arie said she'd hung up on purpose, she was denying me service, still refused to refund me, went into back room and shut the door while i spoke to the cameras. How are you the manager?
This company went above and beyond for me when repairing my phone. Charging port needed replacement, not only did they fix within two hours at a great price, they even dropped it off to me because I couldn't get there before they closed. I offered to pick up Monday but it was dropped of to me after they closed. I work in the same plaza where they are located My phone works better then before. Highly recommend this company.
Great experience, replaced front and rear glass and new glass shield to protect the phone. 300$ good price excellent quality. Very happy
Great service! Fixed my iPhone XS Max at a great price which I thought was I fixable. I was also able to save all my information! Will be returning as a customer
