After going to the same dentist for 13 years, I had to make the hard switch to a new dentist. This place was so great from start to finish and I am very thankful they took my appointment
Nichole is very nice lady, I seen her Thursday for cleaning and x-rays then seen the doctor the next day Friday I thought I'd get work done but supposedly it was just for an exam was kinda disappointed that I went there just for an exam but hey what can you do .. other then that love them there they are nice and the doc is pretty cool
First visit. Very clean. The receptionists were quick and helpful. Nikole I hope this is spelled right, she was the hygienist was informative and also very kind. Great first impression!
From my first phone call to my first appointment, everything was wonderful. Christina made me feel so welcome. She, as I found everyone at My Dentist, easy to talk to and very friendly. I am extremely scared of dentists, but I am looking forward to coming back. When I met my dentist, she clearly explained everything to me. This time I know what to expect. Great place!! I will add that I adore those women!
I was not convinced or satisfied for not letting me know my estimate how much is going to cost me before sending my case to insurance. Why? And secondly I was told I can't do my cleaning that day. That too I was not convinced. The Doctor said I have to book for another time. For just cleaning. Coming there twice.? So there was not cleaning that day?The only service I was rendered was x'ray for the whole time I was there waiting. If there is no cleaning staffs on particular days please I suggest clients should know in advance or cancel the appointments rather to come there and you will be disappointed. I suggest clients should know their estimate at the facility not from the insurance. Hope you will agree with me with my comments and suggestions. Thank you.
Every time I go to the dentist they make me feel very comfortable and the staff are very friendly.

This office is AMAZING, they have the best staff in the CITY! I have been to plenty of different dentist offices and my dentist hands down is the BEST! They helped me to get my smile back right before Christmas!!! MY DENTIST IS A 10 STAR OFFICE,!!! Friendly environment, the hygienist named Nicole was amazing! She educated me on what excatly was going on with my teeth an how to better my oral hygiene in great details. She also warned me ahead of time that I would feel a slight discomfort in certain area's while performing my dental cleaning. She's truly the best
