Amazing place, nurses and staff are super helpful.thank you to Norma and Nadia for everything they did for my loved one in the facility. Also want to  Thank Jennifer the activity’s assistant she’s the best, always interacting with the patients playing fun games.

I love the facility hospitality not only are they committed to their patients  but are so welcoming and caring for the visitors . The staff are so supportive! I highly recommend this facility for any love one .

I have always felt welcome every time I walk in this building. Very clean and organized. The Administrator at this facility is wonderful!

I would recommend this Nursing Facility, my grandpa was here under hospice. Best care ever, my Grandpa had his last days here, nursing wise. All the nurses are professional, they follow doctors orders. Nurses very attentive and compassionate. I would definitely recommend Montebello to the community.

Excellent rehabilitation. Many of their therapists have been there over 20 years and they are very seasoned and experienced which makes a huge difference in a persons recovery process. I will continue to recommend this place to all my friends, family, and the community. Also, I appreciated the infection control precautions they are taking during this pandemic.

Hi my name is Joseph Fernandez,  and I just got discharged from Montebello care center on March 31, 2022. I want to thank Norma Cabrera, Nadia for letting go bac there for my rehab to get bac on my feet. I also want to say thanks to physical therapy for helping me get bac on my feet again.  I want to say thanks to ; John , Alex, Charlene ,Sean and Ms. Rachel and Robert.  Also thanks to Denise , Veronica, Joann, Tony my lvn nurses  that helped me.

This is a great facility. The staff is very attentive and caring. Their rehab team is excellent, encouraging, and charismatic. If you have a love one in need of care, this is the best place.

DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! My father suffered a stroke and was transferred from St Francis hospital to this place and was here for about 5 days.  Their visitation rules change DAILY supposedly because of COVID bla bla bla but honestly it depends on who answers the phone and what mood they are in.  To be honest I feel like they just do not want people to see how utterly disgusting this place is.  After much complaining, my mother was allowed inside to visit my father and explained to me how extremely dirty and smelly it is inside.  My father needed help with restroom as he could not get up during his stay and they would leave him dirty and urinated for hours until my mom complained and complained about him needing to be changed.  Then when they finally would come and do their job, the ladies had an attitude with my mother.  I can only imagine how it was when my father was alone and over nights.  My father was supposed to be on a heart healthy diet and his food was EXTREMELY salty.  The only good thing according to my mother was the coffee.  My father could not physically feed himself so my father would not eat when my mother was not their so he would not eat.  He lost a lot of weight during his stay here.  My father was not given enough physical therapy as his muscles would hurt extremely when we finally were able to get him transferred out of this place.  3 days into his new place and he’s able to move better with way less pain.  If I could give this place negative stars I would.  If your parents or loved ones were evil to you then this is the PERFECT place to get back at them.  There is a saying that says “I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemies” but I honestly would wish this place on my worst enemies.  Hope this review helps.

Montebello care center is a wonderful place. Staff are friendly and sweet n most of all lovable. I recommend Montebello care center just like I trusted fr my mom and she was really happy while staying there. Thanks to the staff my mom is so happy with the staff there n doing a lot better

Most accommodating facility when it comes to allowing visitation. The rehab is excellent. Great director and program for patients that have experienced any type of medical decline… Especially orthopedic procedures
