My Gym Children's Fitness Center's program is designed to help children six weeks to eight years of age develop physically, cognitively and emotionally. Our structured, age-appropriate classes incorporate music, dance, relays, games, non-competitive gymnastics, sports and more. Children have a blast as they gain strength, coordination, balance, gross and fine motor skills and also learn to interact socially with their peers and other adults all while building their confidence and self esteem!
