My Houston Dentist

This place and staff are thieves they take your information and submit for financing when you did not get one thing done. Talking about it's their policy. I will definitely be reporting this place and what they did. Everyone check your credit report because I'm sure they did it to you too. They need to clean their policy because there is no way if work never been done and you only went in for a consultation that they should illegally be filling out forms for financing and collecting money for you that goes on your credit report that is stealing. Stay away from My Dental off 249.

#1 in my opinion. Went in for a same day tooth extraction, from the warmth welcome at the reception to the end everything was great and fast! Clean facility, the hospitality, very professional, the concern for a patients wellness, They also have payment plans available. Overall GREAT in every aspect, 10/10 would recommend

Love this place. Front Staff was very friendly , Beatriz gave me a great treatment plan with very good affordable monthly. Thank you very much

completely i recommend! i had an appointment at 9AM the time the open front desk greet me very nice, clean place dr was very attentive and helpful! Also they have a dr for kids, oral surgeon, cosmetic and they do implants everything in office!!!

Love the staff and just office overall. Very welcoming. I recommend one place for all your dental needs from General work to Braces. Amazing treatment coordinator ready to help me with payment plan options since I’m not insured currently and need emergency dental work.

!! CHECK THE REAL REVIEWS ON YELP !! I just waited 3 hours !!!!! and paid upfront with an appointment at 3:00 …. never got seen .. asked for a refund - still haven’t received . the staff ran to the back when confronted about the wait time AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME NAMES!! How are you verifying my insurance and have my social security number on file BUT REFUSE TO GIVE YOUR NAMES AT A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS! these people failed in every aspect !! . each visit it’s a new doctor, different plan, different price. THE DENTIST NEVER EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED THE SITUATION !! awful staff - terrible service ! the manager left before closing - had 4 other parties leave because the wait time ….. another man came in 2 hours after me during my wait time & STILL GOT SEEN BEFORE ME as they refused service to me ! The manager left before closing and no one would Print out my patient summary ! Everyone’s reply is “I only work in the back” - - most unprofessional dental practices I’ve ever had the audacity of walking into ! Literally took 4 days off of work In total for each time they made an appointment, rescheduled an appointment & I still have half a mouth with unfinished dental work and never received the whiting I’ve been calling about and scheduling about ! Extremely unprofessional. Extremely rude staff . Extremely disrespectful to someone’s time . Extremely nonchalant about the patients ! Another woman was complaining as she also waited 2 hours and she was given a personal phone number for her issues. I feel robbed of my personal time off , my insurance has been ran to many times . They tried to charge me for a 2nd set of X-rays just 15 days after the first one . Absolutely not ever again !

They have very poor customer service. Why on God's green earth would you make an appointment for 7:00 a.m. and your office does not open till 9:10 a.m. this is ridiculous

I walked in extremely nervous but Beatrice and Daniella made me feel so comfortable! Definitely recommend !!

Overall a great experienced. Lobby well maintained. My treatment coordinator, Beatriz B was a great help and answered all of my questions. I will be back at this location for my next service!!!!

Received a text saying thanks for visiting my dentist when I did not make it to the appointment. I hope they didn’t charge the insurance with out me taking my kids In.
