Although the locksmith showed up quickly and was nice and courteous this establishment either does not communicate with each other well or does a very poor job providing transparent pricing. On the phone I was quoted about $185 which included their locksmith showing up and a remote key to a 2013 Toyota Camry. When the locksmith got there the key itself was priced at $229 not to mention the fee for them to come as well as computer programming. The total ended up being over $400… which is completely fine if I had been expecting that. But for that price I certainly would’ve called someone else. For the office manager to be the expert I just feel as though he could’ve actually provided me with a quote that would reflect the work the technician had to do. He could really slow down and ask all of the necessary questions to provide customers with an accurate quote. Surely I don’t have the first or newest Toyota Camry so if you know that most of them require computer programming then as the expert, you should say that. It can’t be the first one you’ve ever seen so surely he should’ve been able to give me an actual breakdown of the price. He does this everyday. So I’m not certain if these issues always happen with their pricing or only when single women are visibly in distress but I do not recommend this establishment. You’ll pay hundreds more than what they quote you.

I would give ten stars if I could for the great services I received today. It was raining, and I thought they would not reach me on time when I was locked out. But I was astonished when Nick showed up after 15 minutes of calling. He opened my lock in no time. I would love to recommend them over and over.

My husband locked himself out of his vehicle. We were hoping to get him back in his car as quickly as possible. The technician was very professional. We were very impressed with how quickly they came out and completed the job. He quoted 20-25 minutes, and I think he actually  beat that time by a few minutes. I’d highly recommend using them if you’re caught in a auto lockout bind.

My Locksmith is the best locksmith service in Houston.  They are efficient and professional.  I also appreciate the fact that they are not over priced! I called for a new push start key and the tech Dennis was able to assist me within 30min and service was super fast. I would definately recommend their services...thank you so much!

I contacted the locksmith and he was at my location within an hour with the extra supplies requested. He completed the job quickly, efficiently and was very helpful with all the questions thrown at him. I will definitely use them again.

The worst company ever, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY, they charge way more than other locksmith companies, the customer service is the worst I had to wait 2 hours for the technician to get there, when he got there, he did have not have any idea what is customer service, he was very rude. the key they gave was scratched and it did not even have the master key, it was just the control, they charged me $350. They give you a start price to make you believe it may be cheaper, but then they just add up Service call, key, program and taxes, I got two other quotes way below their price around $250. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Nino came by on time and was very thorough and helpful in getting the locks changed on every door in my rental property down in Fresno, TX. He also helped me spot issues that I didn’t find for me to report in my inventory! Thanks, Nino! It was great meeting you and I will be using you in the future!

I had locked my keys in my toolbox on my truck after calling 3 deifferent locksmith who said they couldn’t unlock toolboxes. I contacted My Locksmith and he was here and finished within 30 mins of calling. Great customer service, fast and easy. If I ever have a problem again I will make sure to contact them first.
