MY NAILS beauty and spa

I’ve been going here for a while now and my nails have always been super good and lasted a long time. I recently got my nails done there 4 days ago by someone who is new. I spent $85 and I have lost my index nail just by putting my shoe on and my ring finger nail is coming off. I honestly hope things just get better from this.Service: Acrylic nails

Everytime i go there i leave very happy and satisfied... I don't even have to repeat myself or ask for fixing this or that...they just make my nails just as i like them and better... So professional and very nice all of them. Highly recommended

The nails themselves came out pretty good even though they were more coffin than square. The lady who was doing my nails cut the side of my finger open because she was filing so hard. It did not heal for several weeks and she probably used that same file on someone else.Service: Acrylic nails

My nails used to be the best nail place I've ever seen, I think why I wouldn't have gone to others, I went to get my nails done 6 days ago, but for the 3rd time they put a person who doesn't know and who is learning, I know a lot about nails , I have my license, but I don't always like to do my nails by myself, I had to repeat 10 thousand times to the lady that some nails were longer than others and had different shapes, she even apologized to me because she said it was her first time doing nails, I never go back to my Nails, I pay my money, and they charge me a regular price of 80+, I'm not a model so no one can learn from me, very bad business if you don't have people to work with, please close...Services: Acrylic nails

I paid but was really irritated with how my nails came out. I mentioned to the woman like 3 times that they weren't done properly and not smooth and she totally ignored my concern. Alex does great lashes tho, just not sure if I will be using their other services.

i was really excited to get my nails done here as i had heard great things from my sister who frequents. except, when i arrived there was a long wait to get my pedicure as they did not have enough people on staff. if i had been notified of this before hand for example, when i called in advance to let them know i was on the way i wouldn’t have decided to attend the appointment. then, the woman who did my toes mutilated the sides of my big toenails and left me with pain when i walk. additionally, some of the gel polish wasn’t cured thoroughly and proceeded to leak out of a pocket of the polish! it’s really poor workmanship and no one else i have ever gone to would have left me with such sharp edges of the nails digging into my toe. finally, when doing my manicure the woman was rushing and making a huge mess, which led to her needing to redo one of my fingers multiple times due to messing it up on the still wet polish or being too thick and obnoxiously uneven. in the end the results were satisfactory, but i am sad to say the whole experience was disappointing and it’s really unacceptable that i have been left with such a poor job done in regards to my toes which i had specifically left alone in hopes that a PROFESSIONAL would be able to clean them up without lasting pain.

Love my nails. I'm a regular for my eyelash extensions and my eyebrow wax and henna. I also her my pedicures in the warmer months. Alex and Chloe are always super nice and professional. I've never left here unhappy. A visit to their salon is definitely in my budget every couple weeks. Only wish I could tip them more because they work hard and deserve every penny.
