David is the greatest! He is kind and does a great job. He is very knowledgeable about all vacuum cleaners. I took my 2 Dyson vacuum cleaners to him and he cleaned them both and got them to run like new. His pricing is very reasonable and he is an owner operator so he takes pride in all of his work. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks so much for taking pride in your work it sure shows!!
I bring my vacuum in once a year for maintenance/yearly tune up. Service is quick and price to repair is responsible. I was looking to purchase new carpet scrubber. David is very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He recommended a carpet scrubber based on price and cost to repair if needed. David went so far to locate a store where I could find the best price to purchase the carpet scrubber. I highly recommend My Vacuum Store if you are need of service or looking to purchase a vacuum or carpet scrubber!

He also has an amazing selection vacuums for sale at his store. And he is always there to give you advice, service, and has any accessories you need for your vacuum. My wife and I were tired of buying cheap vacuums that didn't work well for very long or last for very long either. Brian took the time to explain several different models while also utilizing several demonstrations. He helped us to understand the different features and price points so that we could make the best decision while staying in our budget. There were NO high pressure tactics and we left the store feeling very informed about vacuums. We decided to keep looking and take our time with our decision. We visited other vacuum stores but we ended up coming back to All Suburban Vacuum. Brian took very good care of us and made sure that we got the most for our money.
My vacuum which is essentially my lifeline in a house with 2 large shedding dogs was broken. We brought it in expecting to drop it off and instead it was fixed on the spot! He grabbed a belt out the back, fixed it, tested it, and had it back in hand in less than an hour. The customer service was impeccable! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with any vacuum needs
I had a great experience when I walked into Suburban Vacuum on Bagley Road in Middleburg Hts, OH. Originally, I was there to have my old vacuum serviced. But, instead, it was more economical in the long run to purchase a new vacuum. I chose a Simplicity Freedom vacuum. Besides being American made, it is so light weight and yet so powerful at the same time. It practically gets away from me that's how much power there is in such a slim vacuum. The shape of the vacuum allows me to get into and under so many more places than I could before with other vacuums. The craftsmanship is superb and the salesmanship and service is just as superb. Ask for Brian. He is highly knowledgeable and will answer all your questions about any vacuum. If I should ever need another vacuum, Suburban Vacuum is the place for me!
I went into this store with my grandma. She had purchased a vacuum from here almost 13 years ago and it finally died on her. The gentlemen that helped us, is there every day, and he was very friendly. They sell what seems to be very high quality vacuum cleaners and they run a vacuum repair business as well. If you want a high quality, long lasting vacuum cleaner I would recommend visiting this store!
David was very friendly and very patient with me. I came up to get my Dyson repaired and was interested in the Simplicity brand of vacuums. He was knowledgeable and put everything together and took it out to my car. Exceptional service. Will do business again!
I visited My Vacuum Store yesterday for the first time. We had a 2 year old Hoover vacuum that was falling apart...literally almost everything that could be wrong with the vacuum was wrong. Brian took our vacuum and showed us right on the spot what was wrong with it and gave us a reasonable estimate as to how much it would be to repair it. He educated me about vacuums and how poorly they are made today. We elected to purchase a new vacuum Simplicity that he had on display in his shop. All metal components and American made which both my husband and I appreciate. He showed me how to use the vacuum and assembled it for me in about 2 minutes. Carried the vacuum out to the car for me. We LOVE our new vacuum!! Feels better built and overall did a great job on our carpet when we got home. Pulled the pile up on the carpet unlike the old vacuum. My husband even loves it and actually vacuumed the whole house when I brought it home which NEVER happens. Overall can't recommend Brian highly enough. He seemed honest, gave excellent service which is what buying local is all about. He has a busy little shop and I believe that is a testament to the type of business he is running.
Dave was awesome! We've been there a few times and he was very patient with our son who has autism and loves vacuum cleaners. He answered all the questions he had and even gave him an old vacuum to add to his collection. We would highly recommend his business to anyone who needs a vacuum repaired!
