Our baby passed away and Myers Mortuary offered all of their services free of charge, which was such a blessing during this rough time for our family. I can't thank them enough for this kind and generous gesture. The whole team was extremely professional and Kotter was so easy to work with to get all the details perfect for the funeral. I can't recommend Myers Mortuary highly enough for their professionalism, compassion, and graciousness.

I cannot recommend Myers Mortuary enough!! They personify professionalism throughout the entire process of laying a loved one to rest. They have every single detail accounted for and perfected including being flexible and helpful no matter what comes up. Our dear Mom passed away during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic so we were not able to hold a normal funeral due to social distancing requirements and guidelines. Myers Mortuary helped us have a wonderful family only viewing and graveside service that we were able to record on video to share with extended family and friends. Every single member of Myers Mortuary's staff was loving, thoughtful and kind and did whatever they could to help including handling very last minute changes to the funeral program and the memorial video and much more. They followed up with us at every turn and made sure we were completely taken care of and comforted during such a difficult and unusual time. We always felt like we were their one and only priority. I am not kidding when I say they have every single detail covered perfectly and they will spend all the time needed with you to make your experience the very best!! They also helped us expertly with the finance/cost arrangements and were very flexible and accommodating. Myers Mortuary in Roy assisted us with both my dad’s and my mom’s funeral. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They were very accommodating with changes to the program, always were available to answer questions, and have been very supportive of our feelings. My experience with Myers Mortuary was superb. Tristan, our funeral director, was so kind, patient and made us feel like we were his only concern. He offered suggestions when asked and made sure everything went smoothly. He even went the extra mile to figure out why my dad’s veteran memorial grave marker had not been completed LAST YEAR. It’s now scheduled to be installed. The office staff was patient and supportive when I kept changing my mind on photos for the funeral program. Myers staff are all wonderful! Everyone I encountered was professional and attentive to our needs. This is a difficult time and having Myers help us through every step of the process made us feel comforted and cared for. How do you adequately thank someone who puts your needs and concerns first? Every detail was given proper attention. Every question that arose was competently and quickly answered and resolved. To say they are wonderful is a complete understatement. My Grandmother passed in February. She left instructions that Myers Mortuary was to handle her burial. She put money towards a casket she had picked out many years ago. That casket was no longer manufactured, but Myers stepped up and found the exact one she picked out herself to her specifications. Not only did Myers go out of their way to make sure our family was satisfied with the handling of her funeral proceedings , but they were kind, empathetic, sincere and understanding. They gave us all the information we needed and were at our side every step of the way from that first call all the way to her final resting place. Wes also followed up with us a few days later just to say hello and see if we needed anything. They took away all the worries and stress that befalls the death of a beautiful family matriarch. Our family was so pleased with all the personnel at Myers. They are respectful, supportive and genuinely compassionate and personable. I just can't say enough good things about Myers. We recommend them to all who may lose their loved ones one day.
