So I have had no luck with this place at all. 3 different times they have had an issue. I have been waiting for what feel like months to get an eye appointment. Good thing my life isn't depending on it. Because I would not have made it. I have been re scheduled twice because the Dr. They had left. How is that my problem. You should honor my time and appointment because that's what I have planned for and made arrangements for. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks for an eye appointment. I will just leave it at that. I hope your luck is better than mine. I should have just scheduled with the one on Forrest Ave in Dover.

The staff and doctors are amazing. The front desk Jennifer and Jaleesia were very polite and funny. Dr Tram is amazing! The eye wear Consultants I think that's what their called lol are amazing and I had an amazing experience. I can't wait for my exam next year:

Jolly at the front desk is always extremely nice and understanding. Made me and my whole family feel super welcomed as always. I continue to come back for this great service.

I waited a month for an appointment just to be told that I was called and since I didn't confirm my appointment was canceled. Now I have to wait another month. The receptionist had the wrong telephone number. Which is odd since am not a new patient and they called me before on the correct phone. They did the same thing to my husband as well when he was a new patient. Very disappointing as they have good doctors. But doctors office are only as good as their front desk staff.

I brought my son in today for his first eye appointment. Luckily, he did not need glasses but I still had to pay a 20 dollar co-pay. I was not informed on the phone at anytime that i would have to pay a 20 dollar co pay. What if i didnt have 20 dollars on me? Luckily, I did, but it was the last 20 dollars I had to my name. I am extremely upset with this service and am even considering taking my son somewhere else for his next yearly visit. During times like these, it is not fair to blindside someone with a copay without a heads up.

Visited this office previously and service was fine. Made an appointment online, arrived 5 minutes early today. Receptionist dark haired girl said they double booked, and I was out of luck. A bit rude customer service. Showed her the texted confirmation I received for the appointment. She said it doesn’t matter and I don’t have an appointment. Your client’s time is also valuable. Will not use this office again.

This is a horrible place with the rudest nastiest most uncaring people except for Joon. He is very professional and helpful. I went in to get my glasses adjusted. The receptionist said she put my name on the list to be seen. She never did. All these people came and went while I sat there. She just sat and watched while I waited and watched all the people who came in after me come and go. Definitely do not recommend this place. This is only one bad experience nI have had there.

Amazing experience ! RHONDA the office manager went above and beyond for me today!!! She thought outside the box and made sure I left happy! Awesome service at my Smyrna MyEyeDr!

Made an appt 45 minutes away because my glasses were broke and I had tape on them. They called me the day before and got all my insurance info. Went 45 minutes to my appt and guess what… they didnt accept my insurance! Gas is $3.35 a gallon! Didn’t the person the day before that called me not know they didn’t accept my insurance!!

I had a great visit! it was my first in a couple of years and the whole staff was amazing, funny too!! I love the doctor because she was patient but timely with me.
