Disclaimer - Mysti represented us about 6 years ago so perhaps her practices have changed. We parents were involved in an interstate child visitation case that we were assured we should win. Within a year we had paid over between 50-60G, and had no resolution. We moved on to a different firm to settle the case. During the time we were Mysti’s clients she actually suggested that we sell our vehicle to continue to pay her fees although she wasnt actually doing anything. My overall take is this: While I understand that Mysti runs a business, she is also a price gouger one of her peers in the legal world whom she recommended for another service actually told me that who is perfectly fine building pretty binders and charging you for it without actually doing anything for your case. Again, this was years ago so perhaps things have changed. That said, proceed with caution if choose this attorney.
