Super cute clothes. In the back they have sale racks for less than $10, less than $5, and less than $20 and they are amazing! Really nice dresses and going out clothes. Only thing is i’m not sure that they’re very plus size including.

Used to love mystique until I found a bunch of niche, specific clothing items only found in on SHEIN. They get stuff from SHEIN for extremely cheap, change the tags, and charge 400% of a higher price. They still haven’t opened their dressing rooms and their 10 day return policy is just a sham for them to get more money. If you’re against “fast fashion” and buying from SHEIN but shop here, I hate to tell you you’re being lied to and played as a fool.

Consumer Affairs should check their tiny paper sign on their exchange/refund policy . Spent approx $50 on pants that I can’t return because they don’t have a good System to track inventory or search by credit card used to purchase an item . They send you to call another store location like they can solve the issue when their response are , you didn’t get the item from us so how can I search the item . Poor customer service and they provide an email that is not even a real once. The other location . I’ll be putting a claim with consumer affairs . Maybe they will make their sign bigger for the public eye to see.

I was recommended to this store by one of my cousins. I woke up this morning and planned to visit the store sometime this afternoon. I went on their website to scout out some of their items ahead of time but I noticed that the largest size on ALL of their jeans was a size 9 on the website. I’m a bigger girl, probably a size 16 or 17 in most jeans. I was extremely disappointed at the lack of size variety within the stores clothing. I was honestly shocked and in denial so I called the store. The man who I spoke with on the phone was not understanding at all. It seemed like he didn’t care about our conversation whatsoever and on top of it all he confirmed that the store is not plus size friendly and that their largest size in store is a 13 which is still small for me as well as so many other beautiful ladies out there. after my experience on the phone and the information that I gathered I decided not to even visit the store. It’s so important for stores to have sizing for all women, not just what our society deems as “normal,” “perfect” or “ acceptable.“ everyone is beautiful in their own way and it’s time that we start recognizing that in the fashion industry!!

The store feel so thrown together, temporary and makeshift. The employees seem to be rather unconcerned with the fact that they’re at work. It even smells a little funny in there, but all that was never enough to make me not shop there. It’s cheap trendy clothes. I don’t expect too much. Today was annoying though. The 5 item dressing room limit is fine & normal, but when you’re holding my other items you don’t put them back out on the floor! I just spent that time walking around the store picking out everything! I’m not intending to do it again. I ending up just giving them back everything I was going to get. I’ll order from fashion nova instead. Employees here don’t care ‍ I can’t say I’ll never shop there again, but the definitely lost out in sales today.

Used to go to the city to shop in their boutiques back in the day. I love how they expanded to Long Island too. Quality used to be better. But you can still find cute stuff here.

I only give it one star for the cute clothes. The faculty, mainly the dressing room was utterly despicable. There was gum on the walls, the benches and the floors. the walls haven’t been washed in forever and the floors haven’t been swept in ages. I felt so uncomfortable trying clothes on that I wasn’t able to try a lot on because I just had to get out of there. I talked to a female manager there and told her how filthy it was and she said ok and didn’t acknowledge it... disgusting behavior, she doesn’t even care. I will not be shopping here anymore

Clean and organized, very easy to find your size. Only downside is the curtains in the fitting room don't cover the whole area so if someone walks by they can see you changing, so if you don't like changing in front of people that's a small issue but other than that good experience.

Their fitting rooms still aren’t open. I had to buy clothes and bring them in for exchange only to buy again without them fitting

It has cute clothes it’s really nice but not plus size friendly and if they do have plus size the clothes are ugly then the small size
