I hope you enjoyed your jobs. Worst possible patient services. Front desk and appointment attendants need to be retrained in their jobs and phone etiquette. Obscene behavior, should be fired.
My nephew was x-rayed for an arm fracture on 5/23/23. A break was confirmed. The nurse practitioner doctor? did NOTHING to stabilize the arm. No splint, no temporary cast, no sling....nothing. She gave a hasty referral to an orthopedic doctor for casting and more or less said they didn't have supplies to do the temporary cast. She then left the room... A child with a broken arm kicked to the curb by a Federally supported healthcare clinic. I am appalled at the lazy and slap-dash manner of patient care this clinic offered. It is an outrage.

I’ve been a patient here for many years and couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of care, knowledge and friendliness of staff and cleanliness of the facility. I come here from out of town rather than the clinic in my home town because it’s worth it! I’m very satisfied and will continue to seek care from this clinic. Nurse Practicioner whom I call Doctor because she THAT good Gillian Thomas is absolutely wonderful and has helped me get my back pain from sciatica and compressed discs under control. My family and I just love her!
This is not only the first time but second time I get ignored with pains that I have and I don’t get the medical attention I need urgently and now I’m dealing with critical life changing procedures. When I was little 11 years old we begged for attention at the same clinic and after begging we finally got sent to urgent emergency care with a critical procedure. And now the same thing over again today at 24 years young after many months of insisting for some assistance or additional test they were finally given to me also being told one thing and then the test are not even being done correctly but now I’m dealing with a serious severe procedure that could’ve been take care of before when I requested the help I asked, instead I get told I had other things and just ignored. I DO NOT recommend. I’m dealing with SERIOUS LIFE CHANGING PROCEDURES AND IM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS CLINIC AND THE NURSES OR DOCTORS. This has not only affected me physically but also mentally and my future life. I’m in distress and dealing with many emotions and Community health clinic is at fault. They may not pay attention to you, seek other medical help this clinic will not take you seriously. I will be changing as soon as I can. I’m seriously mentally, physically hurt in ways that words can’t explain.
This place is the worst ! They are run by doctors who wanna kick you out the second they see you, staff who don’t know what the hell is going on scheduling you for appointments when you’re close and give you the wrong patient information even when you give them your full name and date of birth!
This Clinic has been the best experience I have had in years. I never wait longer than 20 minutes to see a doctor, nurse, or do labs/x-rays. They always take time to answer my questions and follow up quickly on my tests with the results and referrals I’ve needed. The care I have received here has been just as outstanding as the care I received from my doctor of 25 years before she retired in 2015.
Dr Thomas Guillan, definitely do not recommend her to be your pcp. Me working for insurance, I talk to providers all day. This is a Dr that’s has no empathy for her patients. My mother will definitely be looking for another Dr. I’ll make sure she gets the BEST! Poor service!
I went in to get my back checked for pain and the NP that saw seemed very rushed. This is understandable since they have a lot of patients to see. However, she didn't give me clear instructions on what to do for my back pain. It seemed like she really didn't even check my back.
