I would give zero stars if I could No one actually cares! It’s like a butcher shop. They quick to admit you to get your insurance information to charge them but then you wait 6 hours for X-rays after you been in a car accident? And no you not waiting that long because the X-ray room is occupied you waiting for hours cause no one wants to push you down the hall to the X-ray room. Unbelievable how incompetent this hospital staff is!!!!
Oral surgery department My superstars , my superheroes Doctor Daniel Bui , assistant Stacey Richard , Denice at Front Desk, and doctor who took X-ray and discussed surgery with me sorry , didn’t ask name Long story short with wisdom teeth- 2 extractions and 1 remove less than 30 minutes. No pain . With local anesthesia I asked about it! I do not like sedation although they offered They really asked me how I want , at the same day or different days, if I feel ok , and made appointment in 1 week automatically to check I am fine. Overall the whole team look professional , positive, well organized . Place is clean . Of course was swollen 4-5 days, but next day I even didn’t take pain killers. One issue - first appointment I waited more then 1 month.. second and third we’re pretty fast . But I don’t complain because with wisdom teeth it can be planned in advance.
I recently visited the MRI center at this hospital, and my experience was incredibly frustrating. The wait times were beyond ridiculous, making me feel like my time wasn't valued at all. I had to wait 3 hours past my appointment time, with no communication or updates from the staff. It's disheartening that they don't seem to care about their patients' schedules. I understand that healthcare can be busy, but this level of disregard for people's time is unacceptable. I hope they improve their operations and show more consideration for their patients in the future.
This is the worst hospital to come to! I came to the ER due to severe pain due to an injury I had a month ago and it was like a zoo! The nurses don’t assist in anyway mind you I’m a high risk fall patient with my cane and leg brace and when it comes to bedside manners these doctors are a joke the disrespect I mean if you don’t like your job maybe you shouldn’t be working with patients. I asked four nurses on separate occasions to help me put on my socks nothing a man who was in the ER with his wife helped me. I asked for blanket and pillows several times and I got it after two attempts and then when I got discharged I was being harassed to leave when clearly they can see I can’t drive due to my injuries and I was arranging transportation to get pick up and be taken home since I didn’t get no medication to begin with and they send hospital cop to talk to me and I explained to him I’m calling my dad to come pick me up and he had to stop working to help me. Then my dad finally arrives and once again these useless lazy nurses I asked for a wheelchair to be taken to my dad car and one said “ what do you want me to do there’s no wheelchairs available “ with a nasty attitude all I could think was wow next time I rather die then come here for medical attention or help. Stay away from this zoo/death trap nasty doctors and nurses RUN away!
Horrible,Horrible place. We live in Cincinnati, Ohio. My mother came here because she thought she had stroke. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. There were patients lined up in the hallways and they were being ignored. The nurse had no clue what she was doing and had to stick my mother several times to get the IV. They did a EKG on her and two more unnecessary EKG’s. They did a CT scan, determined she didn’t have a stroke and tried to sneak and admit her. They were counting on no one being there for my mom. Her urine sample sat on the back of the bed the whole time she was there. I asked the nurse aren’t you supposed to dispose of this and she put it back down and it sat there. I have never seen a more unorganized hospital in my life. The doctors were completely clueless and please don’t ever seen your love ones here.
I had my baby in this hospital, I’m Latina from Colombia and the attention WAS INCREDIBLE. The doctors who helped me in my process was so respectful and helped me a lot giving me information like how breathe when my baby was coming, they helped me controlling everything before and after, thank you so much I really made the best experience having my new born there…
I was born here 20 years ago and it is still the worst place to get medical care. The wait times are ridiculous, whether it's in the ER or a regular yearly checkup. The best they will do after an entire day of wait time will be to prescribe Tylenol. Don't come here.
DO NOT COME HERE. This hospital needs some serious rework. Wait times are incredibly long and you don’t get solid care at all. I’m sure you could be seriously dying and still have to wait over an hour to be seen. Terrible place.
Brought my dad to emergency today at 1pm...9:30 pm and we are still here..thank goodness the situation is not life threatening. An inordinate amount of time spent tending to drunk out of their mind people. I get it they have to.. but sitting here in the ER for almost 10 hours watching them taking up beds while they "sleep it off" is annoying.
Absolutely do not send your loved ones here. 0 stars. The way this hospital is managed is sickening. They DO NOT care if you lost someone. The security are confused and the head security has a bad ego. Never seen a hospital treat a grieving family like this.
