Nail care spa salon

Was driving by and decided to go in for basic pedicure with gel polish. As relaxing as I find massage chairs, I will not give another $50. This paint job is terrible. I would not have done a review but after I came home my left big toe began to hurt. I thought it was nicked but no, the polish was just pulling my skin.Service: Pedicure

This place is pretty bad. I went today, it was so dirty inside. Pedicure was definitely not worth the price. I paid 60$ for maybe 15$ worth of service. My feet were basically dipped in water and painted. Service has gone way down while the prices are way up. Booo I want my money back!!!

Tim is cool ! He is the only guy I will allow do my nails at this spa . He professional and will occasionally engage in convo while doing your nails . Nice guy and does good work always !

Well. I thought I was the only one who realized this Nail Care Spa is horrible. I am a professional in everything I do. Or at least I try to be. The one thing that gets me heated up the most is customer service. I have been in customer service for over 30+ years. And, now I have transitioned that into the legal field. Within the last 5 years, I have become a review expert. I check the reviews on everything I do mostly. It's very needed in these days and times. And, I hope others do the same as well. The reviews tell you mostly everything you need to know. So, I was getting a pedicure this past Monday, and I was so excited. My nails grow very long on their own and my toenails do. Thus, I am the opposite when going into a nail salon. I have to get keep my nails cut at a medium length. Anyway, while getting a pedicure the lady placed a hot towel on my legs. God, I love the hot towel part. What a mistake. The lady had the towel so hot that I immediately said, air it out, please. She looked at me with an attitude as if I should just let the hot towel burn my legs. Strike one was the immediate gesture she gave. Strike two, she said now can you get up and pick out your toe polish. Keep in mind my feet were still not done yet. That was her job to do. Strike three, when it came time to pay, she wanted a tip. I said, no. I will not be giving a tip. She looked appalled. And, I was proud of myself. The audacity of this woman. She took her bad energy and tried to turn my day upside down. Well, miss ling-ling had another thing coming. No disrespect, however, I know she understood English very well. This is the year 2023. Don't let anyone fake you. They understand English and money very well. What some of them don't care about is their behavior towards others and the importance of customer service. I told my husband when I got home. He said you should have called the manager over immediately. I know now. Yet, I have decided to go to the other nail spa that I have as a backup. Good-by Nail Care Spa. Your service is no longer needed by me. Go somewhere else, ladies and gentlemen. You deserve better. I would have given no stars if I could.Service: Pedicure

Absolute horrific experience here. The woman that did my manicure got upset when I asked her if she could move the other side to do my other hand in my manicure since I have a bad shoulder. She tried to rush through the manicure after and cut my cuticles multiple times with the sander leaving my fingers bleeding. Do not waste your money here. I would give 0 stars if I could.Services: Pedicure

My nail person was out of country for couple months so I went back to nail care spa. I had Kenny do my nails and I think he did great job. The prices are a little high but I was happy just to get nails done.

Very disrespectful to Black women when you don’t buy multiple service . I wanted jus a color change . The lady kept asking me to buy more . I said Nooo . I only want nail color change . She immediately started going on and on in her language. I started recording translate . Then She called me the N word and I recorded it . Sad the disrespect.

Have you ever sat on those luxury spa pedicure chairs, the one that's so comfortable you could fall asleep while getting your toes pampered. Was disappointed with the chairs are old and hard. First impression as a walk in: [I am uncomfortable sitting on chairs that is worn, peeled, faded, age beyond repair with spots.] So I stand and wait to be called. Wait time was fast and service was rushed due to each time phone ring she had to answer. And I not going to mention my toes, you get it. Customer care seems lacking here. .. Is it due to the clientele serve? Wondering, Must say this place look like it use to be luxury back in the days.

Went in on Friday by Wednesday 3 nails just popped off.went back on Wednesday and Vinh just glued my nail back on. Went back today because the one he glued on had popped off and 2 more had popped off. He initially refused to fix them but when I started to get loud about the $147 I spent and customers started to walk out . He fixed them! NEVER again wi I patronize this businessService: Acrylic nails
